Help / Blockland add-ons and TV

I want a program that is simple enough to use so that i can make add-ons easy, and you design, the computer codes, and you dont worry about screwing up.  Also, an idea came to me, make a video with a cam and put it on a brick to watch by using events...

Help / Im looking for an easy way to make addons without going through all that PC crap

cant you just make a program that has at the top [please select addon type] and draw it with lines to make shapes and click the lines to color them in... then have a scale (for items, bricks, and vehicles) where you activate it and then draw the event in?  I NEED HELP! (note, not mental help)

about the portals, they are 3 things, a portal spawn, then a protal room, (a blank room that is any color,) and the second portal spawn. the portals i have in mind are color coded and BL_ID coded, meaning you need full trust to enter sombody other than your selfs portal, and you can have portals of only that color once, meaning that red portals work with a second red portal and a red portal room, no duplicating portals because this would make a problem... a grey portal will be evented... when is sombody going to work on this?
