Seriously though, all this flaming i got for just following the post theme is ridiculous.

I make honest topics, and all i get is flame! If there is truly something wrong with me, then i'll be leaving the forums. However, these flames are really starting to get to me. I don't care if your kidding or not, but not all of us on the forums are 21 or whatever. Kids DO play this game...i don't know if you consider 13 almost 14 a kid, but this flaming has turned to abuse for me and is really effecting me. So maybe if you guys could please lay off just a little on your harsh comments because yes, some of us are actually human and actually have feelings. So i guess, post your own stories of flammage if you have any :| please take this into consideration as i really like these forums, and i like staying in the loop with this community but if i keep getting abused like this i'll have to get myself out. Thankfully it's not nearly as bad in the actual game.

discuss if you want...i just really needed to get this out. Also about my other post about the other biker dude, you people obviously aren't aware of the fact that there are nicer ways to tell people that shouldn't do something rather than adding cigarette to the end of your sentences coughzonearkcough. and i have a cold :/

Off Topic / Can you make your own screensavers on mac?

I wanted to try making my own screensaver using a blockland video. If it's possible, i wanted to use fraps to record myself traveling through a maze, maybe the default one on slate, but the maze isn't important. If i did record this, can i make it a screensaver to use?

In other words, i'm trying to create a BL version of that old windows screensaver of the brick wall maze. Can i do it? do i need software? please help. I would put this in help, but it's not all that BL related except for the maze re-creation part. However, if people feel it should be there (even though it's not help with BL) feel free to move it Badspot.

Just an idea i came up with, and i'm sure other people have thought of it too, but maybe we could have a live chat session on the main page, or maybe if a user is online you can do to their profile and click "chat with this person" and a little chat box comes up in the bottom right of the page like facebook...kind of. Anybody like it?

Off Topic / My science teacher, and Half Life

So today in science (at school) my teacher tried to teach us about Half lives and how to find them. Then she told us she google image searched for "half life" and got half life screen shots and lolz pics! She was like WTF IS THIS and our class had to explain what Half Life is. Then, the rest of the school day i really wanted to play Half LIfe. Now i'm home writing this, because my brother took my xbox to his apartment :/

Help / Server hosting tips and ideas needed

So i can now host servers, but i'm slightly noobish at it. I have a lot of friends/people i know from all the years of only joining games, and they all join me server. Some of them i don't trust, and if the people i don't trust arent there everyone else on my server wants admin as they are all my friends. It seems to me that having all admins on your server is a bad thing, so i try to prevent it. However, when i say no to admin requests from friends, they get mad and leave D: and then i feel like i did something wrong (don't ask that's just how i am) but did i? PLEASE HELP!

Off Topic / This girl i like went to the hospital today. on a stretcher and everything too..

Title says it. This girl i really like is a dancer (dances 13 hours a week) and she first fell at lunch just out of no where and had trouble moving. Then, later during 6th period (last period of the day) she couldn't move in her chair and went to the nurse. And there she stayed until an hour after school had ended when the ambulance came and took her to the hospital. I'm not sure, but it was either a slipped disc or a nerve issue in her back. She was conscious and everything, and this isn't nearly as terrible as the other post about the girl who died in a guy's class. However, i just felt i needed to get this out and tell the story to someone so here it is...discuss please. :/ i've been really worried and down every since i heard she got hurt.

This has been a huge group effort, and i've received help from Dante77, Archon, Phat Pharm, Brickman, and several others. I thought i'd "share the wealth" so here's some pictures on the semi-finished product. I'm still deciding if i want to add more or not. Please discuss, and any feedback is greatly appreciated.


also, this is not meant to look exactly like Mexico or Spain. It's just a made up town in Blocko World or whatever you call the world of BL. So i don't want to see any comments saying "this doesn't look like Mexico" or "mexico shouldn't have this or that" or that their too poor for this. Message recieved i hope.

Help / Can't see the Bl screen with dedi command?

I start up the dedi command, but i can't see the BL opening screen. I see the people talking on my server, but i can't go and change the map on it, or join another server. Any ideas?

Help / Okay, serious issue. Loading Objects never stops?

Read title. My server will load objects all the way, and then stop. It doesn't do anything! Please help! It just stays there. No freeze, because i can go to admin menu, and everything else but i won't spawn.

Help / Where do i find my static IP on a mac?

On Ephi's tutorial it says all that jazz about going to the 2 computers...i'm on a mac. I would imagine it's in Network pref's, but where? i just need to know which tab if someone has any ideas. Please post yer responses ASAP because i'm using BL for a school project (don't ask) with my friend and i need to host so we can work on it outside of school. Thx guys!

i know i can just take it off, but somebody signed me up for "match.com" what the hell? i just started getting emails saying "get a partner now" 0_0 i'm 13. Whoever the forget did this is gonna pay so bad. can anyone help me, as in, how can i get back at this person starting with who are they? :3
