Games / 3ds not working

so yesterday i was playing with my friend via download play and his 3ds died in the middle of the game, so my 3ds went back to the home screen
now the touch screen doesn't work, and the only buttons that work are a, x, power, and home
i left it off for the whole day but it still doesn't work
anyone got any solutions?

Off Topic / GPU acting up

so about 10 minutes ago my screen froze all of a sudden for a few seconds then a notification pops up about a driver failing and recovering
anyway this scared me so i updated my drivers, and i'm running virus scans rn
and now it says i can safely eject my gpu (an evga gtx 970 btw)

please help :(

the problem is, i only have 6 games (the rest i sold)
i currently have:

- the first 3 guitar heroes
- tiger woods pga tour 06
- sonic heroes
