(Click the logo to download!)Puyo Puyo VS is a clone/fangame of the Japanese puzzle game Puyo Puyo and is mainly focused on online multiplayer gameplay. The game features:

How do I play?Puyo Puyo VS is played just like Puyo Pop, or Puyo Pop Fever depending on if you're playing Tsu rules or Fever rules.
(If you've played Dr.Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine or Kirby's Avalanche, those are Tsu rules.)When the game is started, you are given puyo, which come in 5 different colors! To pop the puyo, you must connect at least 4 of the same color to eachother. If you pop one color, and cause a chain reaction, (Called a Chain) it'll do more damage to your opponents.
Damage is when you send nuisance puyo to your opponents by popping puyo, which will block off parts of their field to prevent them from setting off their chains! However, your opponent can counter back by making a greater chain than you, and even send BACK the nuisance puyo!

How do I play online?To play online with others, simply boot up the game, and input your desired username and password.
If the username isn't already taken, it'll ask if you want to register using the credentials, in which case you will click yes, and proceed to login with that username and password combination in the future. (You are limited to a certain amount of accounts per IP address!)
Once you login to the server, (which should already be in the server bar by default, but you can host your own!) join the lobby by the name of "Main" & you'll be presented by the chat lobby, where to the left online players are listed.
To host a match, there will be options in the bottom left corner saying the ruleset to use, and how many players. After you set these to your desired options, (you can further customize the rules in the options tab in the top right corner) find a user with a blue circle next to their name, and click challenge. Once you've challenged all the players you wish to have in your match and they all accept, the game will start, and everybody can pick their characters and start the match.
How do I get characters, music, or change anything?Puyo Puyo VS features a way to customize the game, ranging from changing the characters, to changing the puyo themselves!
For characters, place a character folder, which contains all of the neccessary files inside in the User --> Characters folder. Once they're in there, go to options --> customization in the game window, and change one of the character slots to the desired character.
To add music, do the same thing, but place your desired music in User --> Music --> Fever or Normal, depending on what music you want to play where.
To change the puyo, it's the same way as changing characters, but you place the puyo sheet image in User --> Puyo, and then change to the desired puyo sprites.
Changing the sound effects is the exact same as characters, placing the sound effect folder in User --> Sounds.
Changing the background is the same as sound effects, but in User --> Backgrounds.
(This is all I have for an OP at the minute, and if the thread survives longer than any of my other game threads, please suggest ways for me to improve it!)
