Off Topic / Pregnancy... sigh

Apparently a 14 year old girl in my town is pregnant.  It's some crazy stuff.

It seems like to me that couples are having children at younger and younger ages, and god knows what it will be like in 20 years.  My personal belief is that soon as long as a guy can jizz, he'll get laid.

What are your opinions on the matter?

Here's a step by step demonstration of what happened:

I was body surfing on a wave.

The wave was a little too strong.

I flipped over.

My face hit the sand and scraped it

I kept rolling.

I lifted up and slammed on my back.

(DOUBLE PWNED)

Now my face has scabs, but my backs okay.

And for people who think I'm a wimp for being cut up by sand, wet sand is a non Newtonian fluid.

I am almost done with the second floor of the Golden Crown Hotel (Slate Sunrise). To ensure that all customers are satisfied, I've decided to come up with a contest to Update the furnishing of the guest floors (filling up space). Because, guaranteed, thousand of blockos will be staying in this monument in the next 50 years.

To satisfy your needs, i will host a contest ONLY ON THE FORUMS to see what lucky clan will be chosen to have an advertisement booth in the hotel.

There are three floors available, each having a space about this size:

HOW TO ENTER:
All you have to do is build the booth. Take a picture and add a save. Then, i will select one to advertise. Be creative.

CRITERIA:
You're build can be either on a 8x16 or a 16x16* plate. MUST be 7 bricks or under, and must stay within the boundries of the plate. that shouldn't be to hard.

*If you do use a 16x16 brick, that will decrease your chance of winning greatly, but DOES NOT mean that you CAN'T be picked.
There are only three spaces, hurry and enter!

Entries will be picked Wed, August 19, unless to many come, i'll lock the topic at the stopping point.

Wake up on a Chilly morning to a cup of coffee, warm toast, the paper, and that sweet smell of pollution

INDUSTRIAL CITY
Roma City:

Being the 3rd biggest (and the richest) city in Blockland, Roma City was the hot-spot for trade, goods, and don't forget, industry. Because of the population, factories kept goods in steady trade and gave citizens jobs to support themselves. Around the 1940's, Roma became such a big city, 5 Nuclear power plants and over a dozen factories brought more illegal immigrants to the city, which led the city to the number 1 biggest city.

That only lasted a month.

Now with the rapidly increasing population, jobs were becoming scarce, and immigrants were cheap and easy to find. More factories were being built, and more pollution was given out. In only 1 month, 5 events happened that rapidly dropped the population.

- Pollution became so thick that it started to kill Blockos just by breathing.

- 10 of the highest skyscrapers fell due to the soil deteriorating.

- A nuclear power plant failure, causing to be blown away by the explosion and started leaking.

- Terrorist bombings at a football game, destroyed the stadium killing everybody.

- Airshow failure. Planes had been hacked with bombs and exploded in midair, sending shards of metal flying at the audience.

The line had been drawn, too many catastrophes could effect the outer cities, so in a case of panic, they built a sturdy wall around the city to protect Blockland from harm. This caused chaos.

The Blockos started to go insane. Shootings were happening left and right. Bombings collapsed buildings, and even kids started to use fireworks to blow off somebodies head. But, professionals knew that that was only the beginning.

The first sound they heard that started the terror, was a middle aged man screaming, "OMGWTFZOMBIE!!!!!!!!!!!!" This was the end.

Panicked citizens built walls around the streets, protecting them from zombies.

69 years have passed since then. Only Sector C6 was left after the attack. The zombies are gone now, and it's time for your team to go investigate.

Industrial city is perfect for TDM's, CTF's, and stuffs like that. It's not decorated at all, because it lagged my computer so badly, i couldn't handle building in a place that only moves every half second.

Well, see what you can do.

If you can remember, a couple days ago there was a topic by Makinglblah bluntly "love." In less than a day, it had 27 pages, and almost 400 comments. It was the top of the page for about a day.

Now, this topic lives in the 5th page, and hasn't been commented since July 27th.

It's funny that topics like that are big for about 30 minutes and then fall to an area that nobody will ever find again.

but that might be a good thing.

Help / Blockland Doesn't have any sound

When I start up blockland, there is absolutely no sound at all.

When I first installed it, it had perfect sound, but then later (i forgot how long ago) it stopped working. I have just ignored it for the time, but now i want it back.

I thought about reinstalling the game, but i should get advice first.

*The rack means that the staircase is supported by a series of columns, over all making it appear as a rack shape. It is useful, because it is stabled from the ground and does not have to connect to the building, making it removable if an elevator is installed.

You can't download it yet, so hold your horses!

There will be 10 stories actually 11, there's a secret level but i might add more later, i don't know

Off Topic / My Chai Tea Tradegy

So, last night i stayed up 'till two thirty on the forums, and then the night before, i stayed up until 3 and woke up at about 7, so naturally, i was pretty tired.

So this morning, i had to make up for all the lost sleep, so i woke up at 11. I was still pretty tired, so I decided to have a caffeinated beverage. I don't drink coffee, and I noticed I had a Chai Tea Concentrate in my refrigerator, so I decided to try it out. I didn't want it hot, because I'm visiting my parents in Texas now, so I decided to make a smoothie.

I looked in the appliances drawer, and saw that the blender was broken, so I decided to make it iced. But at the last second the food processor caught my eye. I decided there wouldn't be a problem, so i used it. I put ice in it until half way up, and and then put 2 thirds of the concentrate, and 1 third of milk. I mixed it and it turned out horrible. It was spraying everywhere are making a sticky mess all over the fourth of July fireworks we kept on our counter for some reason. I poured the contents into a cup, and then tried again with only 1 fourth of the processer full. It still made a mess, but it wasn't as big.

I finally repeated that, poured it in my cup, and then cleaned up the mess. I took a sip of it, and it tasted like watered down milk with sprinkles of cinnamon and sugar. I put a little more concentrate, and then it was way too strong and watery at the same time. So, I ditched the idea, and mopped up. We still had a little bit of the concentrate left, so i made myself a DELICIOUS iced Chai Tea,

But when I finished, i tripped and all the ice fell on me.
