Off Topic / help psu problem

I think my psu may have gotten damaged by short burst of power.

My psu plug is loose and does not "lock" into the psu so today when I was doing some stuffs on the pc I accidentally moved the wire with my foot and the screen went black and I found out I took out the plug by accident. I tried putting it back in but it would go back into a slanted position and I hear this weird electric sort of noise when I try to adjust the plug as if it was like when you put a plug into a socket but like half way or 3/4 of a way you hear this shocking electric noise and may see a spark of electricity. It was like that. Just wondering if anything bad will happen.

Also, I couldn't find my answers anywhere else. But you guys are like the comp technicians.

EDIT: Needed to use tape since I got frustrated.

EDIT again: Now I cant print anything :C, shows up a window then closes really fast.

EDIT v3: Now my computer hangs alot

General Discussion / How do people get those narrators in blockland vids?

I usually see in blockland vids that when the person talks it comes out as a windows 8 narrator or something. Is it a mod? If it is please link me it. If its some sort of program please link that too.

Ill get some vids for an example at the mean time.

Modification Help / How to make this script?

I want to make a script that changes your avatar in periods of time.

ex: 5 seconds later my avatar is a pirate
5 seconds later my avatar is renderman
5 seconds later my avatar is a blockhead
repeat.

Please show me how to do that. I am new to scripting and I want to figure out how to do this. So dont give me the code to do that pirate renderman blockhead thing. It was only an example. I just want to know how to that type of thing, and then type the scripting myself.

Thanks, sorry if this is confusing or doesnt make sense. I just want to be a scripter.

Hello! I recently downloaded Sublime Text 2.0.2 64x for Windows. I want to start my own scripts and to start I have downloaded The sublime text thingy, but I found this http://mysterycoconut.com/tsmate/ that is the "Torque Script bundle" and is for the sublime text thing. Is it an addon for it? Is it just more commands or something? What is this?

Help / Strange FPS lag?

I have experienced strange lag after downloading this add-on: http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=260591.0 (not blaming anyone)

After downloading this add-on strange FPS lag that's not suppose to happen appears. Even in Freebuild with no bricks (Max shaders, I have A Geforce GTX 750 ti superclocked so i'm pretty sure its not my graphics card).

I deleted the add-on afterwards and the problem still appeared.

This is the most annoying virus ever. In firefox, I keep being redirected to a stupid dumabss stuffty bullstuff rooster sucking richard ass bitchy stuffty site called shorte.st. I have reset firefox and it keeps popping up. HELP

By the way, I searched online and found no help. Although you guys are professionals so I decided to ask blockland forums.

Help / Will my computer be able to run shaders?

Ok, so im buying a new graphics card but before that I want to make sure it works...(Geforce GTX 650 ti)

my current processor is an intel i3

and my graphics is a intel (something)

if I change my graphics card will my computer still run shaders if my processor is still an intel?

As you guys suggested, I got python 3.3 with pygame. Another problem :(, when I try this script all it says is 'rect is not defined' and closes immediately. Help?! (im a newbie so don't scream plz)

Ok, So I have python 2.7 with pygame. I wanted to make a small indie game but first I wanted to check out the basics of python 2.7 with pygame :P. Problem was that it keeps crashing when I enter ANY script of code :( [I haz windows 8.1] for example, this one.
