Modification Help / RTB/oRBS/other preferences broken

i've tried using RTB and oRBS to change server preferences, but i've only gotten as far as 1 preference loading, and that's simply something labled 'test'.
so how the hell do i fix RTB server preferences? is there a version of RTB that actually has working server preferences?
