General Discussion / Genre Basis for Island Norse vs Colonial RP

As you know, I am making a medium sized island plateau, and I am conflicted, I watched the movie Insteller, I was watching and their space station they set up on a small planet near Saturn, it made me think of a colonization RP. Really I came here for your opinion, if it should be based on Norse mythology or near future solar system planetary colonization.

4/2/2015: Thanks to everyone who came tonight, we are now 65% done!
4/4/2015: Finished first island, basically just need to plate it and add vegetation, working on second island
4/6/2015: Server going up
UPDATED OVERVIEW:
I have reserved this space for a Viking island role playing game I am making. It is about 85% done, and the build is coming together nicely, however I need support from the community on where it's to be held. I will start the poll for it immediately, along with pictures. The initial game will be based on authentic Nordic culture, and traditions, however, the location of said island, will change the text during interaction, different gameplay elements, and even the build itself.
This is the proto-alpha build, I had my friend Bloxers take four pictures to depict my progress, this is a developing build and there is much change to be had.

Dear General, Drama, Off-Topic, and Gallery sections,
I needed to make a new account for a topic of a project I am working on, However, for all intents and purposes, I would like to apologize to this Forum for my egregious behavior on my previous alt. I have done wrong and would like to ask for forgiveness for everything I did.
Most importantly though, I made a comment to someone, I believe their name was AfterShock, and they probably still frequent this forum. What I said was nauseating and appalling, I am extremely sorry your cat died, and I wish I could of been there with you to comfort you when Tickles died. I cannot take back what I said but I hope you'll find peace that you know I am sorry.
Finally, I would like to apologize to the whole of this forum, I've been immature, irresponsible with my posting, and unprofessional in the highest possible degree. I could go through a dozen of my posts and cherry pick the worst ones, but I have left my mark, and I cannot undo that either, I truly hope you'll find my sympathies satisfactory. Again, I am very sorry about my posts on my previous alts. I have never known the policies of banning users that make new alts that have committed serious crimes against the forum itself, but I feel that I should be able to stay if I can insure this will never happen again.
