Games / Modding cities skylines

as a final for prototyping class i need to mod a game and document it.
what game would fit best for this? i prefer working on characters in 3D or 2D, but im also comfortable with making weapon skins because of my payday 2 modding experience.
does anyone know of a game that's not difficult to mod? bonus points if i can mod a character.
please no bethesda games.
if nothing comes of this ill prolly just make a csgo weapon skin

hey guys ive been running out of podcasts & ive been wanting to get into american standup comedians? ive always been a big fan of the ones in my own country, but after the hundredth rewatch of the limited amount of talent my country has to offer, it kind of gets old.
what are your favorite comedians to watch and where can i watch their sets/shows/whatever?

gotta get this off my back rq: loving, my entire college class is now dating each other. im the last boy solo damn.
how do i get bitches guys? cmon whats the secret, i did all the like dress good act good be clean be healthy be a good boy but its not working guys not even my amazing taste in clothes and hiphop gets me the good stuff you know what i mean?
it cant possibly be my beautiful personality either.
help me people i cant go down in college history as the only boy that's not dating someone in the class

so im not one to really have to ask for dating advice, but this os something ive been thinking about for a while. this guy is cute, his name is Fabio, hes in the other art class, and he lives in my neighborhood(!!!)
i want to ask him out, and usually i just would, but thats only when it isnt like gay. how do i figure out if he likes boys to even ask if he wants to go out. we havent spoken before. 🤔
