Off Topic / help me with excel formulas and conditional formatting

so i'm doing a thing with stocks in class and i have to track the stocks of 10 companies. for brown townyzing the numbers after we record them for a month, i decided i'd have the values highlight green or red based off the change from yesterday. with some conditional formatting magic, i came up with this



however, i had to make it definitive to columns B and C. meaning every time i fill out a new column for the day, i'll have to reapply these formulas for those columns involved. is there any way i can do the whole range of dates without having to redo my formulas each time?

also by the way the very first values are just gray cause theyre not being compared to anything

Off Topic / recommendations for a standalone mic

i've had the same turtle beach headset for 4 years now that needs to be replaced and i'd like to get a standalone microphone of good quality. i've used USB headsets before and the mic quality on them tends to be really stuff, so i'm looking to get a nice standalone mic and then just use earbuds

are there any standalone mics i can get that sound good in the 50-75 USD range?

again, only looking for a standalone microphone here. no headsets

What happened?

A hacker used an exploit in an old PHP version, that we were using on our website, in order to gain access to our systems. Data that has been stolen includes usernames, passwords, email addresses, IP addresses and names.

Although the whole database has been compromised, we are mostly concerned about the leaked client information.

What did we do about it?

We have been aware of this issue since 27th of October and our team started to troubleshoot and resolve this issue the same day, immediately after becoming aware of this issue.

In an effort to protect our users we have temporarily blocked access to systems affected by this security flaw. We will re-enable access to the affected systems after an investigation and once all security issues have been resolved. Affected systems include our website and our members area. Additionally we have temporarily blocked FTP access, as FTP passwords have been stolen as well.

We reseted all users passwords in our systems and increased the level of encryption to prevent such issues in the future.

We are still working around the clock to identify and eliminate all security flaws. We will get back to providing the free service soon. We are also updating and patching our systems.

What do you need to do?

As all the passwords have been changed to random values, you now need to reset them when the service goes live again.
DO NOT USE YOUR PREVIOUS PASSWORD.
PLEASE ALSO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORDS IF YOU USED THE SAME PASSWORD FOR OTHER SERVICES.

We also recommend that you use Two Factor Authentication (TFA) and a different password for every service whenever possible. We can recommend the Authy authenticator app and the LastPass password manager.

This e-mail was sent to two e-mails I registered with them upwards of a year and a half ago. So if you EVER used them you're probably going to want to change credentials if you use the same password for multiple things

Off Topic / A guy I really like cheated on his girlfriend

...to be with me. I don't really wanna detail too much what happened but I'll summarize. Him, me and a friend are spending our fall break at the guy I like's house. My friend was absent for a few hours and the guy and I had some real personal conversation going and he revealed to me that he's bi. Later on in the night my friend goes to bed early and then stuff between us escalated. There's a lot more to it than that but yeah, didn't want to include a whole lot of personal details to it

I feel really guilty about it cause I completely forgot about her until this morning. I think he's an starfish for it but I /do not/ want to say anything to him about it. So now I'm stuck in this weird limbo, he's got a girlfriend already but he likes me and I think he's a richard but I'm still attracted to him

Now what do I do
