alright so let me say that twitter is scummy as all hell. now, at the moment i've been working on a website, and so i decided to give it a twitter account. then, this pops up.

now at this point it gave be a random twitter handle that i didnt want, but also locked my account. now, i've tried at least 6 accounts and every single account i make for anything leads to this screen. why?

BECAUSE IT'S A SCAM

This is designed to trick people into giving in and putting in their ~~tracking id~~ phone number and let twitter get yet another footing in your privacy. And this isn't even touching on their machine learning stuff and censorship.
