Edit: Look guys I'm sorry for not making it clearer. I was pointing at the ones who exploit the system for free meals who don't actually need it and could easily live off their own money.
Of course I don't think people who genuinely need free meals or food stamps should be refused and left to starve.
They are the ones that need them most, I just hate it when people claim this stuff who could just pay out of their own money.
I hope this makes things clearer.
I know this is old but I still think the issue needs to be addressed.
So you're telling me people need Free School Meals because they can't afford a lunch for their child?
Let's do some quick math!
Capri Sun:
£1.99 for a box of 5 from Tesco

£0.85 for 800g from Tesco

£1.60 from Tesco

£1.50 for 250g from Tesco

£1.00 for a pack of 7 from Tesco

Now let's add this up.
£1.99 + £0.85 + £1.60 + £1.50 + £1.00 =
£6.64Now tell me you can't afford
£6.64?
And they can even all be bought at the same shop.
