I haven't been on here for a long, long time. I can see the layout has changed and I heard that something happened which was the reason for the change but can't remember off the top of my head.
Now is it just me or did some historic threads go missing during whatever happened?

Just for future reference to me and anybody else.
I've noticed out of all reaction gifs posted it's usually the Filthy Frank "It's time to stop!" gif that gets users banned.
Is this BoS?
The reason I posted it here is because although it's not about a specific user, it's about whether or not it can get you banned.
And if so are there any other "BoS images" apart from obviously researchographic images.

Edit: Look guys I'm sorry for not making it clearer. I was pointing at the ones who exploit the system for free meals who don't actually need it and could easily live off their own money.
Of course I don't think people who genuinely need free meals or food stamps should be refused and left to starve.
They are the ones that need them most, I just hate it when people claim this stuff who could just pay out of their own money.
I hope this makes things clearer.

So far this is the best I can really show of it, since it's not going to be released yet:
There won't be many rules when it's first released but there will be some rules such as no spamming, mostly the basics but apart from that it will be free.
And before you ask, yes this is going through a PHP server. It's real what you're seeing.
