Modification Help / Addon I made isn't showing in Custom/Addon (InGame)

When I boot up my game and go to Custom/Addon my addon that I made isn't there. Can someone help me figure out why it isn't showing up?
I'll give you the description.txt, and server.cs

Modification Help / Where can I learn to script?

I wanna make a few items (weapons) for my server that do certain actions. For example if you touch a certain team with a weapon then the player gets sent to a brick or certain point.

Is there a place where you can learn this type of stuff or do I have to search through addons and view examples to get the hang of it?

Help / Authenticating: Validating Key Forever problem [Please help]

This problem has been going on for months and I never found a solution. I've let it sit for hours and nothing happens, it keeps on saying Authenticating: Validating Key forever. I hate to spam the help section with so many of these topics. I've searched everywhere for a fix but nothing so far has worked. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?


Notes:
Port Fowarding does nothing for me
Using steam version
No Proxy/VPN

Blockland would open up normally, but it would be stuck on Authenticating:Validating key forever.
Can someone please help?
