Off Topic / Intrusive thoughts are ruining my life

Please help me. I am so afraid that there is a chip in my brain and they will reveal everything ive ever thought, or i will die and my torment will be standing in front of the entire world and my thoughts being read out. My intrusive thoughts have no limit, and they will bother me and bother me and bother me and bother me. I can not enjoy the things in life anymore without my intrusive thoughts making me sick to my stomach. Once I think of something, one thing leads to another, and another leads to another, AND I CAN NOT GET RID OF IT! Its like my mind hates itself and wants to torment me. I would literally kill myself if they ever revealed my intrusive thoughts. They are so messed up but my mind will not quit because it hates me. Thats what it feels like. I just want it to stop. Please help,

Off Topic / why do i have a sudden loss of appetite

So basically I've had a major loss of appetite. When ever I was bulking (3000 calories) I could eat 3 meals in one sitting. I could eat at anytime. I've stopped working out, and eating 3 meals a day, (more like snacking, maybe not even breaking 1500 calories) I used to find it really hard to skip breakfast but now I will do it without even noticing. One of my favorite foods (tuna salad) I now feel sick when I think about it. I ate 2 cans of i like i've always done. I've also noticed sudden fatigue, randomly sleeping for 15 hours when I went to bed early, and slight headaches. I have a healthy diet. This might change cause i've only been feeling this way for a week. Whats wrong?

when ever im excited or scared or something i bring my hands up to my face and like squeeze. I've done this since i was like 9 and idk why. Also occasionally I adopt a "twitch". I dont like calling them that cause they're not but thats the best way to describe them. I will randomly do something weird that feels good and keep doing it. The last one I did, I would look behind me a whole bunch. I would say my current one would be me cracking my thumbs (which I can do over and over). I wouldn't put that in the same category as the other ones but its a problem.
Whats wrong with me?

In my youtube recommended I saw Rusty Cage by Johnny Cash. I wondered, "that reminds me of that weird edgy emo guy. His name was something like that."
A couple of minutes later, the noose song by him showed up on my youtube. No words were spoken about this. No searches were made about this. This is no coincidence. They can read your mind.

I was at football practice and my friends were joking and said spit on his neck I'll hold him down. They didnt actually but them some kid came up behind me and did spit on my neck. I ended up spitting on him but it just hit his pads. What do I do

Off Topic / Why am I so hated even among strangers?

Yesterday I was somewhere and I noticed that even strangers did not want to be around me and were just plain rude. I went to go say hey to a couple of people and they instantly turned me down. Then some dude came up to me and asked me if I was gay. I looked at my jeans, cause this had happened one time before when I wore jeans that were too tight and I didn't realize, which was a reasonable assumption. No, I had a pair of dark blue wranglers on and a black shirt. Then some dude said he wanted to beat my ass for no apparent reason. I had never even talked to them before or seen them. I went home and looked at myself in the mirror. I didn't look gay at all. I thought I was rather handsome. People who know me also hate me, I feel like. I feel like I am unwanted anywhere I go. Why? I am a very happy and goofy type person. Maybe its cause they're jealous, but I doubt that. I used to be weird, but those days are far behind me. This isn't an issue with that, when even strangers hate me! What can I do to be likeable? Are they just bullying because I am vulnerable? What do I do?

i swear this was the charlie charlie challenge but a different version, before the other one. you and a friend took two pencils and stuck the erasers together and would ask a question, and one side would point up signifying yes or no. i remember playing this with someone and it actually worked i think. i swear it was called the charlie charlie challenge but i can only find the other one.
