Gallery / What I've been up to- Medieval build

so, often people always tell me "yo anti, you never post in gallery", to which i reply, "what are you doing in my house, balding Lebanese man". Hoiwever, I've actually been meaning to post this build that i have been crafting along with some other block-badasses. It's still a WIP and kinda on a hiatus but i thought you guys might like to see it.

I'm trying to capture a real classic, lego-esque medieval fantasy type of setting, but then ramp up the terrain by 11, to make it look really interesting, and so far we've got a  temple and a bandit base. The temple had already been posted, but it was still unfinished, and we added a ton to it








so far it's at 14,000 bricks.
thanks to Plad, Brickman, and Dragonoid Slayer for helping me build a lot of it. Brickman made the badass bandit tower and plad and dragonoid helped me smooth out some of the terrain

so yeah, that's what i've been up to. feel free to rate what we got so far

Why are camels so majestic? To even ask such a thing is heresy. You see, whether Dromedary or Bactrian, camels posses a rare grace; maybe 'tis their erect pose, maybe 'tis the way they propel mucus and saliva from their mouths at 7km p/h into the face of impoverished arabian children.. maybe it's the way they hump. But in all aspects, camels represent our own mortality. How? shut the forget up.

so in was just sitting in my chair minding my own business when out of the blue a strange man crawled from behind my computer desk and stood himself up!

he says his name is I̴g͠n̷͢͞a̕͝çi̷o̡ and he was trying to get to clay street but his gmaps route took him through a service tunnel and up an ethernet cable, but he seems nice enough

what should i ask him?

Off Topic / My girl conundrum.

Okay so, I've gotten to thinking recently, and I noticed some odd things.
let me preface this: I've never had a girlfriend, I've never kissed a girl, and I'm a diagnosed anxiety sufferer.
So, I've had my eye on this one particular girl; she's pretty, she's intelligent, she actually has a compatible personality with my own, but even with the incentives to try and strike up a conversation with her, not only am I nervous. I just ... don't care. It's this inner conflict where I want to talk to her, yet I feel oddly apathetic, like I just feel like "what's the point"... I actively am trying to convince myself to have drive and like, whenever I make her laugh I feel good, but I'm practically rationalizing a situation that's yet to happen at this point.

Basically, I need some advice, either just simple go get 'er stuff or maybe sometimes more deep. Thanks

Off Topic / why do people always say "homophobic"?

i never got why the go to anti-gay phrase was homophobic, for a number of reasons:

1. just because someone doesn't like something doesn't mean they are afraid of said thing. i don't like leeks but i am not scared of leeks

2. -phobia connotates a debilitating, irrational fear of something. if you have a phobia, you aren't worried by your phobia- you are scared beyond reason. case in point, my mother had a coworker with a snake phobia and she recoiled from a brooch with a snake on it.

i just don't get it
