Help / Weapons do no damage in Mini

I have Weapon damage on and I am in a mini, but there is no damage being dealt. HELP!

Help / Port Forwarding does not work

Ive been trying to forward my ports, and i have, and it still does not work. Can anyone tell me any other reasons i wouldn't be able to host a game? my freind tried to join my game, he couldnet so he called my and said my server was listed under "Dead". HELP PLEASE!
