so i just pre loaded killing floor. Steam said i had to pre load it and then i could play it. came back it was done. then i launch it and it says downloading....    83%    but still PISS

I tryed setting launch options for tf2 and it broke. Every time i try to play it it says '' your graphix utility must support ay least 1.1 of pixel shader.''          HOW DO I FIX?


My pixel shaders are 1.9 WTF!
