Gallery / Rural Suburbs Neighbourhood Build (+ Download)

hello i dont usually share builds but about time i maybe do so, also a public download hasnt been shared in a quite while too
this is a rural suburbs build, a small neighborhood taking place wherever you want it to take place, it has several houses ranging from single storey and two storey with a few having garages built into the home or as an external structure
total brick count is 31299 bricks
the suburbs also contains a small construction yard with a house still under construction
do keep in mind that the vehicle props is a private addon provided by radio star, if you wish to use it, request it from him
heres more pics
this map was originally used as a film set but this can be used for which ever purpose you deem it for, whether its for:
- family rp
- gamemodes
- film set
- city rpg
the choice is up to you what it is used for as long as you provide credit where it is due

by the way, if you assume that this save is unfinished, it is not. the build is fully finished as it was originally used as a film set as mentioned earlier. if you deem it as unfinished, dont complain to me, you are free to finish it with the tools provided within the save itself
