Modification Help / Quick Milkshape Animation Question

Hi

I have a quick question about animation in Milkshape. I want to make a component or group of my model disapear in on key frame and then appear in another. how would i go about doing this?

for more detail.

Keyframe 1 - 2 will have the model in it's entirety
Keyframe 3 - 4 will be the same model with one group invisible. is this possible in milkshape? and if so... how can i accomplish this?

Hellooo Blockland, this is my first set/attempt at making faces [please feel free to insult in any way if you think that they look handicapped or are crap. ;) ]

Modification Help / Having Trouble getting my Faces to work.

okay, so I made my handful of faces, but i can't seem to get them to work.  they are PNGs and I Don't think i saved them as pogressive .pngs. they are all 512x512, yada yada yada.

could someone help me figure out what is wrong? I really like some of the face ideas.
