Resistance as in rebels is name of clan. There arent any requirements exept you can build a chair and shoot.
Ther ranks are as listed from highest to lowest: President
                                                                            Comander and chief
                                                                            General
                                                                            Major
                                                                            Corpral
                                                                            Leutinate       
                                                                            Staff Sergeant
                                                                            Comander
                                                                            Private
You dont have to use rank but you ought to put it in your name cause you want those noobs that think thier awsome to know your better than them.
If you abuse your power or if some one in a rank higher than you ask for a makes a reasonable request and you go off on them you will lose a rank. Remember you dont have to do anything just say no

i go to the alamo in texas alot and thought id make a lego version for a siege or capture the flag mini come to my server to help tell me if you think its a good idea or if you wanna help or if you think its dumb
