I was just screwing around with names in the Custom names in IRC, So just for stuffs and giggles I did badspot, Of course I wouldn't do anything with it :/
Anywho, then I got banned from IRC, And I was just wondering for how long?

Suggestions & Requests / Trouble in terrorist town on Blockland.

Well it's quite simple really, It's a game mode in which i believe is unique to Garry's mod. The Objective is simple, you're all terrorists, However a select few of you are Traitors, And depending on how many traitors, there are so many detectives (which could be made managable through RTB server prefs.) All TTT is, is a game of deception, And I love playing it on gmod, But let's face it, no one play's TTT on gmod anymore, mainly because all servers that used to be up were all clan hosted, and the clans were a bunch of jerks, more so than not. anywho, Not much to it, But i'd love to see it in Gmod. One thing I forgot to mention, Terrorists get a set amount of credits to buy special equipment, the default is 2 credits, And most equipment cost 1, However more advanced equipment costs more credits, which are obtained through traitorizing (yea that's not a word), In other words, Killing the innocent terrorists, And same thing with detectives, but with detectives, they get credits for Finding clues and scanning bodies and doors and whatnot (and finding Terrorist DNA). My best bet to learn about it is either A.) Play it, Or B.) Youtube

Suggestions & Requests / Cusomizable Weapons mod (suggestion)

I cannot do this because honestly i'm clueless when it comes to modeling and scripting, but my suggestion is that, someone (anyone) should make a (Somewhat-big) Pack of parts of (real or imaginary) gun/weapon parts, like handles and blades, hilts and guards of swords/melee weapons, and grips,foregrips, lights, sights, stocks,colors, etc... of gun models and make it all in one pack and you can collect parts and interchange them on a weapon, and even name/save your created weapons to the server, and to make customization easier, include a GUI to help with it, and have the GUI give a preview of how your weapon will look.

Now as i said before, dont count on me to make this because i said i'm completley clueless when it comes to scripting or modeling, but anyone that feels like taking up the challenge can do this, and just to keep this post alive, why not post pictures of cool parts or whole weapons you'd would love to interchange with one another.

Even if this never becomes a reality, isn't still a nice thought?

* EUREKA!* I thought of a way to make this possible (still im not too sure, but it sounds reasonable). Ok, the new way i had thought to make this possible without completley creating a new add-on every time it made a new weapon, is make it controlled through RTB server prefs.
Ok, here is how it could work:

Custom weapons : [3]   [Number of weapons to be created] *for every weapon there is it creates a new button in the RTB prefs *maybe only 5-10 weapons allowed*, that opens a GUI, and the GUI would read:*

Name: Melee/ranged 1-10
Type : Melee/Ranged
Ammo : [Arrows/Bullets/Rockets/Nades]
Damage : [1-200]
Secondary fire : [Sights/Nade L./Melee/etc.]
Clip Size : [1-150] *1-30 assault/1-25 rifle/1-10 Handgun/1-8 Sniper/ 1-150 LMG*
Gun type : [Assault/Rifle/Handgun/Sniper/LMG/Launcher]
Edit Apearance *This button would open a GUI like the Player apearance editor, only this time it's with a gun/Melee weapon*
And lastly there would be a publish button.

So what do you guys say?

Red Text is a small explanation
Blue is changeable
Black is Read... no more no less
And for those people who say IMPOSSIBLE!! just make the gun customizing GUI like the player appearance thing, the helmet goes on the head, and the cape around the neck, so with the gun one, Barrel on the front, sight on top, grip underneath, and like the visor with the helmet, make things like foregrip and nade L. only available with certain other things, like barrel and body, equipped.
*P.S. Make it so you have to restart the server for effects to take place :0    Derp :D)

this doesn't Sound too hard to make but i was wondering if anyone could make a kind of PC mod like in Gmod (im not saying it has to perfectly match, just a similar concept), i've seen the PC mod in gmod, it's cool, but since it's being fit into BL, maybe just make it kind of like one simple GUI that you can (or the owner of the brick or computer generating object) can change what is typed in on it, and maybe make kind of link like things, like when you click it, it Changes what the gui says (And just as a commodity that i would like, is a kind of old green text black background kind of thing, i always thought that looked kind of cool)

Now i've said this many times before but i have no scripting experience, so i haven't a clue as to this project's difficulty, so don't go flaming me like a pork roast, I honestly don't know...

Anyways, That's my suggestion, and if someone makes this you can take all the credit, i just want a mod like this REALLY bad  :/

*update: Just as an added note for the "Pc Mod" that im suggesting, all i really need it to do is open up a text GUI, no more no less...( and possibly with link like things that allow the gui to change what is currently shown on the player' screen, like an example being:
Key: Blue= Link | Red= Hint | Black=Text

General Discussion / i need Badspots Email (Nvm Got it)

I've tried the forums but, obviously badspot doesn't READ the forum itself, but, i was to give badspot a messege he will actually read, so if you could get me his email or SOMETHING (I know htis sounds creepy and stalkerish, but that's usually how games get updated or websites, By contacting the owner directly or somewhat directly O.o) so, any help?

Modification Help / Crosshair making program

Hey, Idk if this would play out as an add-on, but i think of it more as an add-on for making add-ons like crosshairs and other ui, if one of the sight administrators thinks it isnt a REAL add-on, then by all means, go ahead and remove it idc, i just thought i'd try to help out other people make Crosshairs and other UI more Efficiently.

Just download this, and you'll be all set, this program is used for giving pictures a transparent background, layers, and all that good stuff, if you already have it, good, if not, try it, its an actual desktop program, not something specifically for BL, so don't go extracting any files to BL O.o

As i said, regardless whether or not this is considered an addon, i just want to help people.

Suggestions & Requests / Crosshairs and ui section.

Whoever runs the blockland forums, should add a ui section for the forums, so people will stop complaining about people putting crosshairs in the add-ons section. If you are one of those people, then you shouldn't complain, because if this became a reality, its not like you HAVE to go to the crosshairs and ui section, but people who DO want different ui for their blockland could DL things and you won't have to complain, ok? ok.

Guys, if you are tired of the crosshairs in the add-ons section and you HONESTLY believe they don't belong, encourage people to vote so we could help out the community (or youselves and your precious add-ons if you prefer) Just help out.

Here are my crosshairs, now I know, they're not the BEST, but hey, they're not the worst are they?

I Personally dont like the third, little to big for my likes, but hey, if you guys like it then idc :P

2nd one is my fav :P it just looks nice :P (to me anyways)


Update: Meh, i decided, i'll add the forth one i've kept to myself just incase anyone wants it.

I warn you though, it is fairly small, but if you like the way it even just looks, then fine by me.

BEFORE you say anything NONE of these are mis-aligned.
