Shortly after that I was banned for no reason at all.

General Discussion / Battletoads - A serious problem.

Yesterday, a person with the name of BattleToads joined my server, and he had a script that made a giant snake, so he spammed, so what did i do? I banned him. So... a few minutes later, He comes again, I subnet ban him. he comes again, i ban him, again, and he comes, again and again, i just couldnt keep him out. i just ended up closing the server, but this guy is a serious spammer and obviously has a lot of loving proxies...

He also goes by the names:
WarAmphibians and FalloutFrog.

I know this sounds stupid, but
THIS IS NOT A JOKE
I feel this guy is a serious threat to server-wellbeing.

General Discussion / LEARN WHAT LAG IS!

I am sick of people, Coming into my server, Seeing one of my more, Brick-heavy builds and shouting "LAAAaAaAaGGGZ!".
I wish people would just LEARN what lag is, And for those of you who don't know *Cough*Acidic*Cough*, I would like you to read this:

Lag: (1) A time delay between the output of a signal and the response of the instrument to which the signal is sent.

In English, This means that there is a slowdown in the connection, and players seem to... blip around, Instead of walking, Like this:

(In this example, the "player" is walking forward (Right).)

Okay, I hope I have defined lag basically enough for noobs like Acidic to understand...

General Discussion / retro server #2! (Vanilla Server)

Server name: BLRETRO

I am putting up another vanilla server now, as of 3:00 PM (GMT).
Hopefully, more people will come today, as last time (sometime December) only 3 people came, and 2 of those people were people who didnt know about mods for Blockland...

Today's activities will include (in this order...)
3.00PM - 3.30PM: Free Build,
3.30PM - 4.00PM: Worst, Half-Decent Building Possible,
4.00PM - 4.15PM: Best Attempt At Pixel Art,
4.15PM - 4.30PM: Free Build,
4.30PM - 5.00PM: Best All Around Building Compotition,
5.00PM - 5.10PM: Chat Time,
5.10PM - Closing: Free Build.

The first 3 people on will gain adminity.
I will be hosting vanilla servers atleast once a month over 2006, and they will always be posted here, Now... Come on in and have some fun!
