Help, everytime I open Team fortress 2 in the main menu it says "Welcome back, Unknown" and it won't let me go on servers or the store, but i'm connected to steam. What do

I got it like a week ago and it's really fun. I beat the campaign on casual, it didn't really scare me at all though, discuss.

My least favorite part was probably the eye poke machine, ech.

I mostly use the flamethrower, the plasma cutter, and the Elite Suit

I have like over 400,000 chaos and every stronghold before I completed the first agency mission
