Off Topic / can't find name of this photography type

yo BLF, help me out here. there's this type of photography that i remember seeing where the camera is zoomed out and the edges are blurred, but the center is a bit more focused, and everything in frame looks miniature. i don't have any pictures of course, because then i would know what it is. it's not macro, but it's used in timelapses sometimes. that's all i know

Off Topic / room audio setup halp plz

hello BLF, so im setting up some speakers in my room that are hooked to my laptop with an external sound card/amp, and that's hooked to my laptop. 2 on my desk. thing is, i want good audio output, but dunno what connection to use. should i roll with AUX cables? or should i get dual RCA male cables, since the card amp thing is compatible with those too.

Help / Server not showing up on server list?

This is the first time this has happened to me. Whenever I start a server, my friend says it simply isn't on the server list. I have the OS X version of the game btw

Off Topic / Random Steam "request changed password" emails?

i've been getting these random "request to change password" emails suddenly in large masses from steam, and all of the IP addresses are from China. i understand it's probably just some scam bot or something like that, but it's weird that it's just suddenly happening to me right after I unlocked my steam account. has this been happening to anybody else?

hello blf. so my friend wants to buy an Xbox one and sell some stuff to get the money to do so. well, his parents are being huge douchebags and are even saying it's not worth their time to help him sell it and that all the stuff he's selling is cheap and they have no value. any help/tips for him?

Help / Blockland keeps freezing in full screen?

Hey BLF. I'm playing Blockland in full screen currently, and after a while, the game crashes, making me have to restart my computer. Any help? Will post console log if needed.

Help / Changing my keyboard controls.

Hey BLF, I just now redownloaded Blockland onto a new laptop, and it asked me at the beginning to select my keyboard (i selected laptop). This weekend I'm going to go get a USB keyboard for my laptop, once I plug it in, how do I change the keyboard settings back to desktop keyboard?

Off Topic / My parents have grown apart

Well, after being married for 23 years my parents are splitting. They both called me in the living room and sat down to talk with me. I'm pissed that both of them are going through with this, but they have been fine all this time, and I've barely noticed any tension (if there was any.) I love both of them very much, and I don't want this to turn into a full divorce.

Off Topic / Kid just shot and broke my loving car window with a BB gun

So this dumb little starfish decides to hide behind his fathers truck as I'm driving by and he loving broke my window. I stopped the car and got out and asked him "What the hell? Really!?" And all the little prick said was "oops sorry." Gonna loving tell his parents, little douchebag.

Help / Blockland won't run in windowed mode?

Hey there. I was trying to get Blockland to run in windowed mode, but it wouldn't work. The main menu and everything else is functional, but once I click launch game, the window goes black and Blockland stops working. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!
