Help / Help With Add-Ons

I did what Badspot said about downloading add-ons. For some reason, it appeared that the add-ons were already there. I tried to download them earlier before finding the thread by Badspot about it. The add-ons there don't seem to appear anywhere. So, how do i solve this?
