Gallery / Studio Apartment + New Preview Pg. 1
« on: May 25, 2015, 11:20:16 AM »
Hello Fellow Blockheads,

The projection of this build was a chance for me to practice my skills at interior. I have been recently slacking in my efforts of continuing to build new things for your viewing. It has been approximately four months since my last post of the "Clancy Model Home" had been uploaded...
Side Note: Interior work had begun on Clancy, but is not finished yet! Stay Tuned!

Furthermore, In the last few weeks, I had been building small 2-3 bedrooms homes trying to be motivated into building again, but I could never bring myself to finish them. Recently then, a friend of my brothers had purchased their first studio apartment, and I got the idea to build one. Since I really didn't feel like making the exterior, as I wanted to practice my interior, that's exactly what I did. And so, I now present to you my 'finished' studio apartment...

Thank you for taking the time to view the pictures featuring my studio apartment.

This homes Original start date was in the Months of September, but had quickly resulted in being put on Hold. But the home is Now finished, but like i said, not Furnished.

Family Guy House

So here is the Deal, after "ProTear's" Post on his own Family Guy House, and getting so many bad complaints about random stuff. I decided to remake it myself and correct all of those mistakes. Here are some of the Complaints:

Complaints

enterior? maybe exterior? lol

The outside isn't proportional at all, but it still shows a bit of resemblance

I gotta say, this house is lazily built.
Add trim, real interiors, more landscaping, siding, ect

No Interior yet. Also, trim, and other things aren't existing on the Family Guy house, but I added them as a more traditional touch.

4/10

Look at the actual house on google images, it doesn't have smooth walls.

I saw this a lot, and I gotta say, maybe he doesn't have the siding bricks.

With all of that aside, I can agree to a point that it was rushed, and it needed a lot more detail. But like I mentioned, Addons lacking: Maybe? Details: Yes
My showing of the "Family Guy" house is going to fix all of these details.

Also, I had started one of these a long time ago, but just never got around to finishing it..so now I present:

Family Guy

Is everything Perfect? NO, but hey..that's the way it is.

~Serings and :v House~

We began our Renovation Process by destroying most of the Renovation House #1, Credited by Mr Cookie.

We Decided to keep some basic things, like the Roof, because after Trying to remodel the roof once before, and failing at the attempt, we decided to leave it just the way it was. We changed all of the Foundation to Brick, and kept the Standard Exterior look, while also changing some Window and Door Placement. The Renovation was very simple.

We Finished about 90% of the Exterior Tonight, and hope to Finish up Exterior by Tomorrow.

What do you guys Think of our Progress so far?
Please..No Rating (Yet)

Hello Fellow Blockheads!

Yes, I am finally back, bringing something a little bit different this time. I was on my server the other day, just messing around, when a friend of mine (MasterKingDeadDude) joins and gives the idea of building "Country styled Houses" and I was like, eh, why Not. So we just started building the road, and all of the sudden I really got into it, and I decided to keep going with it... So, I present to you........

This is a Flight view of the main area. There are still approximately 4-6 homes left to be built. Maybe a small market area, and Probably a Gas Station...

Going into a Closer view, you can see..

My Home, which features a Lively amount of Plants and Trees, as well as a seemingly interesting exterior color, with the Interior almost Complete.

Next we have...

A home that clearly depicts the point I am trying to make... (Sign) The home will be finished inside and out, except for furniture, but it will have all the lighting and accessories done for the Buyer. Buyer can request furnishings to be made, if they feel they cannot complete the necessary needs to complete the home.

And one of the last homes I present to you is....

A luxury, simple styled home, constructed by TheRageingPineapple! This home features a decently sized kitchen, a nice bedroom, and a simple sized garage.

I will bring updates As soon as they are Available.

Comment/PM Me if you would like to help out with the completion of this Build, and PLEASE give Feedback, as to what could be made better, and your suggestions will be taken into consideration very carefully. Thank you Everyone, and Please Rate!

Hi Blockheads.

I've also been experimenting (editing) my colorset a little bit, just so i can get the correct colors that I need for the Siding, shudders, etc.

Tell me what you guys think of it so far! You may Rate the Exterior.

Hello fellow Blockheads,
You can pretty much guess what this topic is about, just by reading the Post Title. Me and some of my friends were bored at my server, so we thought it would be interesting to do a house build as if it were real life construction, so we are going to be bring progress of our homes as we construct them. We started with out with the framework, and so me and another person have already finished our framework, the other builder has fallen behind.
So, here is our homes:

Serings:

Big Chilly:

Cybers:

We will continue to bring you more updates as we go along with constructing our brand new homes. Tell us what you think. Please put the name of the persons house so we will know who you are directly talking to.

Thanks everyone, and we will bring more soon :)

Gallery / Creekstone Home (Remodeling)
« on: October 14, 2013, 10:53:07 AM »
Hello!
So, I've been really bored with Blockland lately, and the other day I was going through some of my old "lost files" that I had been looking for, and I found one of my old saves entitled "Creekstone Model Home" and it was So outdated, and I got the idea. Why don't I Redo it! So, I found took a picture of the 1st version of the home, and i will be taking pictures and posting them to the thread as I go along with remodeling this house.

Here is Version 1 of the home (Didn't get around to doing much interior)

(Had ripped out some parts of the house already (Old porch pillars, and parts of the roof)

And here was the house after ripping out all of the front.

I have decided to leave the windows where they are, except for the top ones, i moved all of them down 1 brick stud so that it would fit better with the styling that I want to put into the home.

Anyways, that's all I got for right now, I'll bring pictures up as I go along with the exterior of the home.

-Edit-

I've been working on the redoing the exterior, turning it into actual stone, instead of the "fake" stuff i used to have on the front.

You guys gotta let me know what you all think, Rate: x/10
If you have any suggestions please put them in the comments below.

Ill have more for you guys later! Stay tuned :)

Gallery / BBU - Traditional House 036H
« on: October 07, 2013, 07:35:38 PM »
Hello!

Okay, I know what you're thinking, What the heck is BBU and what does the 036H have to stand for. Well the 036H is just a number to represent which house it is in the BBU File. If you're also asking what BBU stands for or is, well it is actually a clan, which I am slowly working to progress into a Public clan. (currently private, so do not ask to join)

Anyways, getting back to what this topic is actually for, I am once more showing off another house which I have recently just started working on, and I will be sharing with you all photos as the house progresses along. I plan to change up from what I have usually posted, and am trying to go for a little bit more modern feel within the interior of this home, So, if you have any ideas as to how I could make the interior of a room more modern, Please feel free to share any ideas that you might have with me, I will gladly take them into consideration to make this house as best as it could be.

Now, for you guys to get a look at the Progress:

It is a brand new idea, no pictures or anything, just a fresh new home that I had been deciding on how I should construct as I go.

I will be adding the porch eventually, and I am considering redoing the little section off to the left of the picture, and turning it into all stone, Please tell me what you think I should do, shouldn't do, just to make this house even better.

Thank you for taking a look at this house, and telling me any information that I could do to make this house better, and please, feel free to rate this home 1/10.

Serings ;)

EDIT:

I have Just taken the liberty of taking some photos from a house that I had done the interior for, and thought that I should share them with all of you, so that you could give me some feedback on what you guys think.

As you can all recall, if you have seen my earlier posts, you may recognize this home:

That home is still way under progress..

Anyways, getting on the interior:

Give me all of the feedback that you can on telling me what you all think of this interior that I have shared with you.

Thanks everyone :)
