Sandstorm RP

Sandstorm RP - The Sandstorm RP is an RPG of adventure and survival. Using the hunger mod and cash mod 2, it is a way of survival. Every tick is 160 seconds (2 minutes) you can go 10 ticks (20 minutes) before you die of hunger, so you must have enough food to live. To buy food it costs $2 each, so you want to be constantly mining. When you are building you MUST build on a baseplate according to the rules. So make sure you have at least 500$ before you start making a cabin or shelter. A the current moment Aplem (me) is currently working on a help system.

Bank: (yes inside this RP the buildings have poor quality because that is the style of this RP. You are in a survival mode not all your buildings are going to be fancy, fancy.)

Aplem (me) is currently working on a help script, stat script and a server Gui.

Help Script: Type /Help and a list as the following will appear:

Help: 1: Banking 2: Hunger Mod 3: Building Guidelines And Rules
Please type one of the following numbers to view that section.

After you would type: 1, 2 or 3 to view that area.

Banking: Will list all the help and info for banking.
Hunger Mod: Will list how to, buy food, eat food and give food.
Building Guidelines And Rules: Will list all the guidelines and rules to building.

Stat Script: Type /Stats to view all your stats as following.

Cash: (shows how much cash you have with you and in bank)
Food: (shows how much food you have)
Hunger: (shows your hunger level 0/100 - 100/100)
Score: (shows your score)
Money Spent: (shows how much money you have spent on, food & bricks. Helps you make a plan for further preparations)

Will basically show you every thing inside the stat script except it is easier to access and you may view it OUTSIDE the server.

V.1.1 Updates

Bricks do not cost money: ~A bug is making it so each brick costs $100 which makes it impossible to make a shack even.
Food now costs $2: Cause even though $5 sounds more real because of food shortage. It costs ALOT of money for food.
Wrench added to game: Only admins may make events though. Because I do not want people cheating for cash and what not.
Beta version now over: I have found most of the bugs in the game so no reason to worry about 25 bugs and issues. I am fixing the brick cost issue.
A sign leading to to the basic mine made: Because people can not follow paths leading straight down to a big mine, I made a sign.
New admin: Zarr.

TOP STORY:

FREDDIE THE HORSE IN AFGHANISTAN:

NomNomClan brings you the breaking news of Freddie the horse about to commit Self Delete in Afghanistan!


We found out that he is about to jump off a tall blue building that was poorly made by Mexicans, that he will jump in 10 minutes. Our camera crew climbed up the building and took a few pictures!

We did attempt to persuade Freddie not to do it... He took about 3 days to decide that he would push one of the workers off. And then he would not commit Self Delete.
So we agreed...


We eventually thought these questions:

1. How the forget did he get up there?
2. Why was there a construction creep working for the news?
3. Why were there no people but Mexicans inside Afghan?
4. How the forget did we talk to the horse?
5. The crap... Why did the construction creep have a gun when he died?
6. Where are the horses tits?
7. How do horses... *cough*do it*cough*
8. Is the horse family Mexican? Look at there colors!

Although we are the only news that says do not loving swear or we will loving kill you and forget your dead body. We finally found the horses house. And returned him.

And thus forth. NNC says thank you for your time. You wasted about a good loving 5 minutes of your life.

Today on Wizzards [SS] Dogfight Server. There happened to be a guy named Blocker. He reported everyone who cussed because he said it was in the rules. I checked everything and there was no rules about cussing. So then he also thought he was cool because he kept saying this:
"I HAVE REPORTED 40 PEOPLE IN 4 HOURS"
1. Somebody needs to go outside.
2. That is not cool.
3. You are allowed to cuss. There is no rule against it.

After all that stuff. He would go fake 'afk' and then 2 minutes later say. "Aplem, your perma ban is pending"

FOR ALL THE MODELERS, SCRIPTERS AND EVENT MAKERS:

We currently need this following list of items for the RPG and what they do:

Event Makers, Modelers & Scripters: Item saving chest. (no not pandans). It is client sided and allows you to see your inventory inside the chest and it would kind of be like this:

Scripter: Need a right screen VCE print that will only show inside the minigame and can be edited with RTB or config files.

Scripter, Modeler and Event Makers: Fighting/combat mod. Modelers will make orcs and what not, scripters will make it so inside a minigame they mount with what ever weapon you choose from the events, event makers make events to mount there own weapons.

Scripter: On client leave game. When the client leaves I want it to be able to auto save and when they come back auto load.

Scripter: Dedicated mini game. Able to edit easily in RTB prefs. Meaning able to choose player amount of slots, player speed and basic mini game things with being able to still leave the mini game if host.

Modeler and Scripter: Spells and mana. Following spells:
Fire (can cast 5 times then mana recharge)
Earth (can cast 5 times then mana recharge)
Water (can cast 5 times then mana recharge)
Wind (can cast 5 times then mana recharge)
Light (can cast 5 times then mana recharge)
Dark (can cast 5 times then mana recharge)
Ice (can cast 5 times then mana recharge)
Lava (can cast 5 times then mana recharge)
Protect (uses all mana makes player invincible for 10 seconds)
Destroy (uses all mana destroys anything within a 30 block radius)
Warp (uses 1/2 mana, teleports player 50 blocks from the direction they are pointing)

Hello again Blockland. I have not apped for many clans. But now, I am apping for [C] Colleagues. I am applying with a bridge I made. I am now going to tell you. I did not in any part use the duplicator. That is why it took me 2 weeks to make. No support was used other than the brick packs. Please do not post in your comments "it needs more color" because it is meant to be a modern typish bridge. Nothing much but I hope it can get me in. We will get to pictures soon. Construction criticism is allowed. I have been to the [C] server multiple times to get ideas "how can I get in?" well now I give it to you. This is what I think i need to get in.

Today we bring you a shocking report! Lately we have been discovering some shifty things on the map slate storm. We do not quite know what happened. All we know is that if you read this following report we are giving you. You will find it quite unique.

Modification Help / Trying to make a help pop up on spawn. Need help!

I am trying to make a mod where when you spawn help pops up inside a message ok box. I wrote out the code and it shows up inside the addons list. But when I start the server it does not show up. I will post the console maybe later. But can someone who is better check this following .cs file for me?

Note: This map is best for people who like making challenges!

Anyways, let's cut the crap. This map I made in about 20 minutes. This is my very first one, it is also mainly for people who love making challenges. I basically made it for my challenge I will be working on but thought aahh what the hell might as well release it! So all you challenge making lovers I give you a beginning platform for a challenge! Yes. This is just a beginning of a challenge not a real challenge. If you want me to make a real one vote on the poll. So instead of this lets get down to pictures shall we?
Yes I did rip the tutorial build platform off and put it on here. But how many people do you know who are not to lazy to do this?

Basic overview. (No me and the bot hugging on the bricks do not come along.)

It has its own lighting I set up. It would be complete darkness if there was not the sun on this map =3.

In case anyone wants to know why they lag so much on a server.. it's because you have like 5000 files you do not need.
yes. I deleted 5k files from my computer. Made it about 5kx faster. So yeah...

Hello and welcome to the NomNom Clan [NNC] clan page! This clan was developed and started by Aplem/NomAplemNom. This clan is mainly all about the advanced things to build, model and more. We will also have current projects that will be going to make the clan stand out more and not be inactive. We try to put effort and detail in to all our builds, with our builds we make it a nice categorized close to perfection build! You may app for more than one thing. How to join:

Builder - Builds stuff. Build an application that is over 1000 bricks with detail and effort.

Modeler - Makes weapons props and more! Model something and post a picture of it on your app.

Scripter - Script something such as a client side mod or something. Like a /whatis [name] to tell the reason of something on the server. Give us the picture of your code on your application.

Eventer - Makes events on the clan servers. Make a contraption that has 12 or more ADVANCED events and give us the save on your app.

Artist - Make stuff like pictures, prints decals etc. Its all the stupid crap that we don't need that we want!

In order for you to officialy make it into the clan you must ALSO fill out the application sheet above this! Then make your build or whatever and post it in gallery. Admins of NNC will let you know if you are in! Other NNC members may give there opinions.
