Off Topic / how do i do a tutorial

i don't kown how to make a tutorial because my mom doesn't what me to get a you tube account so yea [a decale tutorial] and 1 last thing if you think I'm a noob or a nub because i nevered made a add-on that's because I'm having troubles making a declae but I'm working on it

Boy, I was not a very smart eleven year old, looking back at it now four years later, It kinda makes me wish I never had made such a bad post. I can honestly say that I have smarten up over the years. I'm sorry for any trouble this post caused.
