I am going to be buy antivirus for several computers soon, I am currently thinking of buying Avast, but if someone can suggest a better one I might go with it.

Off Topic / New Guitar Gear!

Yesterday I went to Guitar Center and picked up this lovely Vox AC15. The sound is great. The cleans are very articulate and very similar to a Fender clean sound, but the driven sound is more British and compressed and is much better than a twangy Fender drive. It's also not too bassy and will let me cut through better because of the high end response it provides.

I know there have been problems with avatars lately, and I tried change my avatar last week, but it stayed the same.
Then suddenly today it changes to what I wanted it to without any intervention on my part.
Why is there like a 5 day latency between when my avatar actually works?

Off Topic / DNS Poisoning?

My grandmother sent me an email saying that she is constantly being redirected to other sites whenever she uses ant web browser. My first and most obvious thought would that her DNS address was changed, but I don't know if it could be something else like some sort of browser hijacker or something. What else should I check for? Also, I don't know her original DNS address either, so if it were that I would probably just set it to Google's free DNS service (8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4).

I went to my local guitar shop today and bought a badass Peavey Headliner 600W and a USA Ampeg 1x15 cab to match.

I've been working on colorizing a vector of Rory Gallagher just because I thought it would be cool, but I'm wary as to how it's turning out.
Is it worth continuing or should I abandon it?

I had an old GIF avatar of George Carlin that I wanted to re-use, but the forums are telling me that it is either too big or taking too long to upload. Did the size restriction for avatars get more strict or something?
