Not sure what section this should be in.

Anyways, i made a ogg loop for my server as a joke. It works fine for me, but nobody else can hear it, even if they do download music.
Any reason why this is happening?

Suggestions & Requests / Beta Playertype Problem

You probably seen how more people have the beta playertype.
Well, there are some problems with it, though.

1 . People cannot see the faces or decals if they do not have the add-on.

2. Head is forced to be yellow and unchangeable.

3. Head model messes up after vehicle usage sometimes.

4. Firstperson view is really high up in cars.
Edit : Another problem is that custom faces don't work. No idea what's causing this either.

Examples :
1.

This young shirtless black man has a rare disease that gives him a yellow head.

2.

In firstperson it appears he's standing in the car or something.
3.

After exiting the vehicle, it appears his neck has changed.


Please help if you can , but PLEASE tell me if you can fix the yellow head problem first before anything else and send that to me via PM. That's the bug that annoys me the most.

          I've recently gotten the Garry's Mod 13 Beta, and i thought i should make a topic about it.
              In the garrysmod beta, you have new tools and features, such as the bone editor.
                  
What is Garry's Mod?
Unaware of what Garry's mod is? It was made by a man named Gary Newman, where he first made the first Garry's Mod a long, long time ago. Since then, it has been through many versions that were free, the last free version of Garry's Mod was the 9'th version. The newest version of Garry's Mod can be bought in the Steam store, Gmod 12. The version we are discussing in this topic is named Garry's Mod 13. A unreleased beta that can only be obtained via key currently.
Garry's mod 8. One of the last free versions. To this day, many of them are deserted.

With more post processing options, more spawnable entities, and portal 2 compatibility, you can have very different results. By the way, if you are wondering where you can get Garry's Mod 13 beta keys, follow Garry Newman on twitter, and go here : Account.garrysmod.com

Features in this update
- Steam workshop compatibility. (Not working for most people)
- New title screen with changing background.
- The ability to mount Portal 2, and strangely CS : GO.
- Stopsound no longer being a cheat. (Hallelujah)
- Adds HL2 items and weapons in the entities menu.
- Unclamped faceposing limitations. Now faces can be even more forgeted up.
- Decals no-longer remove overlapping decals.
- No toybox. (For a good reason.)
- More enemies that can be spawned via menu.

Drama / Infiminer's Deathrun Server - Votekick abuse and spam.

I was recently on a server called infiminer's deathrun, where there is votekicks like, every 5 seconds.
And sometimes for no reason. I was even told by one of the spammers he WAS doing it for no reason.
I even set myself up with a bogus name and used bad grammar to make them not recognize me.
Please excuse the small text on the images. - Btw : This server had a addon that made %1 actualy use the client's name in the message. Making most of them go crazy with votekick.

There was also much spam there, ontop of the handicapped people. Asking dumb-ass questions like "omg are you 5".

I have been searching on blockland, and noticing there is some weapons when the player holds a gun with 2 hands. (like a rifle you know? not akimbo.) I havent seen much of those. Please post something in this if you can help me find more stuff!
