Games / Titanfall is on sale. Should I buy?

So, Titanfall is $5, but the "Deluxe" edition that comes with Titan Fall Premium or whatever it is, is $20.
Is the DLC worth the extra dollars, or should I just get the $5 version.

Gallery / Lego App! Bank! Of sorts.

I haven't really made a Galley topic in a while, and I noticed that Lego clan. And thought: "Why not build an app!"
So, here I am!

What I have for you guys today is a "City Bank"
Its based off a smaller Lego set. If you want some pictures of the original set (so you may compare, or something), just ask.
Anyways, here we go!

Here is the front of our glorious bank!:

As you can see, its got windows, and some form of ATM like device. Magical!
It even says "Bank" on the front there, so criminals know where to come!

Here is the back of the Bank! Like most smaller lego sets, its missing a back, for them kiddos to throw minifigs around. So, I portrayed such in my build!

Inside the Bank, on the bottom floor, you can see there is a few chairs, and a service desk. Gotta withdraw somehow!
On the top floor, we have: A plant. A big vault door. And all the cash!

^There is a close up of the Bottom Floor. All that HD or whatev!

^There is a close up of the Top Floors vault, and plant!

^And there is inside the vault. Not really much to look at. Just some print plates. Wasn't sure what all to put in there.

Help / RTB Server Settings is missing ingame..

As you can see, im missing my uh RTB Server settings, or whatever. Any ideas how to fix it? My server is RTB enabled. Im not sure what happened to it, it was just fine a while ago.

So, yeah. I have been a big fan of the oddworld series for as long as I can remember. Its one of the games I played the most as a kid. And I cant wait!

Off Topic / Complaining about my Internet

Warning, this is slightly a venting topic. Just letting off some steam, if you will.

Recently, my bandwidth has been horrible. If I try to listen to a song on Pandora, it will buffer, a lot, and then just skip the song. If I try to watch a YouTube video, it throws the video into 144p, and I struggle to load that. I'm currently trying to install Skyrim, and getting 0 bytes per second. Its kind of annoying. Note: I wasn't installing Skyrim at the time of YouTube patrolling. This has been going on for about a week.

The part that really throws me off though, is the fact that if I go to play lets say..: Black Ops 2, I will have a ping of about 64. Not bad at all. But my bandwidth is horrible. I don't understand :c

Off Topic / I need a bit of help with my computer..

So, i've run into some problems with my Computer.
Recently, i've noticed that Windows Aero just stopped working after I closed a game. I forget what game it was, but I recently caught it working while I was playing Gmod. I had minimized Gmod, and Windows Aero was on, but as soon as I closed Gmod, it goes back to that Windows 7 Basic
Its kinda gross looking.. Anyways, if you know any ways to fix this, that would be nice. I tried using the Aero troubleshooter thing, and that couldn't find a problem.

As for the other problem. When I shutdown my computer, it only shuts down the OS, and monitor, but not the tower itself. I then have to manually shut down the tower myself by holding down the power button itself. Any help would be nice.
PC Specs:
Three i3 core processors
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti
Eight gigs of Ram.
Windows 7 64 Bit.

Attention Xcom Commanders!

We need your service, the world is in danger!

Ahem, enough of that. Me, and a few friends wanted to do an Xcom Enemy Unknown Bracketed Tournament, and we're short on players to say the least. I've got: Me, TheHappyPyro, and Jake3. Not exactly, a good start, but that's where you come in! We need more players, and if this takes off well, we could do this every few weeks, or something.

Now, here is some info:

When: ~~Tonight~~ Tomorrow?
How can I contact you?: Steam, of course!: http://steamcommunity.com/id/AlmightyLusk
Do we play Aliens, or Xcom?: Well, that's up to you! No rules against it.
What units are not allowed?: All of them can be used! No bans here!
Is there a prize?: Bragging rights, till the ends of time!
How does it work?: Well, its a simple bracket system. There is a starters bracket, everyone goes at once. 1v1's and what not. Whoever wins that round moves up to the winners bracket, whoever lost, goes to the looser bracket. Then, the winners of round 1 duke it out, same for the poor souls who lost. Whoever wins the winners bracket, hopefully narrows it down to only 2 players left. Otherwise we will just keep going until then. Those 2 players battle, and whoever wins, wins. As for the losers bracket, same deal, other than: Whoever wins that is the winner of that bracket. And that's that. If you loose the second round of the losers bracket, you're out. Sorry!
Whats the point limit?: 20000, the default amount.

Drama / Sir Spike. Spamming, and ruining Spades Arcade server.

I was on Spades Arcade server at about 11:10 playing a round of Battle Blimps when all of a sodden Sir Spike came along, and started messing around with other players, and my own consoles. Later he spammed Music bricks around the map. Then later duplicator spammed towers of 2x2 bricks. Lagging the server. Personally I think this server needs more administrating, or a votekick system. Or maybe 2 servers, one for the arcade, and the other for building apps.
