Help / Vista .exe start error

I'm trying to start a server, using dedicated.bat, but because vista is the best operating system ever I get this error 
"Windows cannot find 'blockland.exe'"

EDIT: Poast with no sleep in 21 hours=BAD IDEA (It would be lovey if you could delete this for me)
Anyway here is the changelog for anyone that does not check the main site.
* Fixed "Dead" servers appearing at the front of lowest ping sort
* Fixed server pings being mixed up or left as "???"
* Fixed music files with spaces in their names not loading
* Fixed player dissappearing in 3rd person DOF screenshot
* Fixed sunflares shining through bricks
* Fixed items not becoming public domain even after their spawn brick is
* Improved accuracy of brick public domain timeout
Anyway here is the changelog for anyone that does not check the main site.

General Discussion / Imposters...

I have a 15 player RPG server and a 30 player Fortwars server.
Recently imposters have been joining (imposters of Storeclerk, OP, and even me LOL)
These people are my friends so i give them the admin password so when someone with the same name joins and asks for the admin password i give it to them.
The Fake OP Banned 4 people before i banned him. The fake storeclerk crashed the server by spamming the savegame button.
Then came back and yelled insults at me and left before i could ban him. Finely i did and it felt great.
Any tips on how to stop imposters from messing with me and my server?

Fake Storeclerk - 207.42.160.4
Fake The Pro - 204.210.129.115 (i dont know who would think they could get the admin password from me if they had the same name)
