You know the Zelda games? The Ice Arrows that you shoot from your bow that, upon impact will freeze anything? Well, someone needs to make them with the effect that it would paralyze the target with some particles that look cold and icy. What do you think of that?

Hey, guys. I am working on a few projects, and I need a Free screen capturing Program.  Does anybody have any suggestion? I need something basic, that can work very well and isn't a piece of stuff. Tell me what you think I should use.
