If you've been on the forums for awhile, you'll remember the time when some members from Forumfall invaded a free mini-MMORPG by the name of "Age of Time."
The game has:
FPS twitch combat
Open PVP
Limited looting (gold only)
Weapons and PVP:
It's kind of crude, but fun. You can push "V" and then "S" for the list of spells, with stuff like fireballs, flames, or the infamous bouncy zap spell. There's swords, crossbows, and shields, but nowhere nearly as fun as the spells, and the meelee system sucks. My favorite weapon by far is dynamite.
The PVP works like this; killing outside of town does not count as murder (I don't think so at least), killing in town counts as murder. Other crimes consist of:
Public Nudity
Spamming global chat
Obscenity
All caps
When you commit a crime, you are flagged, and players who are apart of the police force can come, knock you out, and carry you off to be arrested and thrown in jail for a period of time.
When you are killed, you are knocked unconscious. If you chose to wait rather than respawn, players can carry you to a bed to regain health, or to prison. (All we did was carry people's bodies to the docks, and throw them into the water to drown. )
Monsters and the World
Age of Time has its own physics system, which is cool. The map is pretty small, there are several dungeons, including secret ones, three inns, a bank, an arena, and challenge locations.
It has alot of cool locations, such as the volcano, which we convinced many silly noobs to jump into. I won't tell you all the secrets, but there's alot to discover!
Monsters will spawn in proximity of players, most of them are pretty meh, they attack by touching you, except for dynamite and fire orcs.
Anyways, in past experiences, we had a blast. I think Aragoni got the record amount of jail time. I bombed the police station several times and became the most wanted criminal. We had these huge battles outside our secret PK hideout, Fort Bad, against the server regulars. We raided all the dungeons, pked everyone, and got the dungeon rewards for ourselves. I recently discovered you can write your own scripts for this game too, so anyone who can script, we can have an evilgasm. <<
So, I hope we can form a Forumfall Army and facestomp everyone else on the server. We can dye all our clothes cyan (the "noob color" according to the server regulars) so we know who is who. If there isn't anyone to fight, we can just blow each other up or go raiding.

Dont be fooled, this MMORPG with what, 30 max players?, is just an abomination. Its someone's cruel joke designed to sound nice but in reality it is inconcievably bad.
Im not sure which is the bigger mystery, that someone tought of making this game or that people play it...

Hey everyone :P
I just downloaded age of time on my laptop, which should be able to play. Problem is after I go to update from 24 to 25, and then up to 28, the program closes and I don't get the update. I am wondering if this has to do with this laptop having vista or does it just not work with mine? It would be great if someone could tell me...

I've ran it as administrater and I can't install xp or 2k since its a school laptop and i cant be downloading a lot of stuff..
Oh well i just should just play it on my desktop like I always do =P

Hello, I am starting a clan called the ~Elites~. This will be like the USSR of age of time.
Requirements:
Played age of time for atleast 2 months.
1500gp+
Has a different shield than rusty shield. (Better than a plain steel shield)
Has a Different sword than crap sword. (Steel sword will do because of no difference in damage.)
Has different clothes than default.
Must have over 20 dyes.
Excellent Hooking ability, good at AoT combat. Knowledge of crime, and cops. Overall knowledge of the game.
Nice Player.
Over 50 fiber.
Over 25 dynamite.
Gold Hook.
Has an ok repuation.
Thats a minimum of the ~Elite~ Requirements.
Higher Ranked ~Elites~
Phut Shield.
Clothes with a colored trim.
Good knowledge of dyes.
Been playing for 3 months.
Gold Hook.
5000+
Almost a Co Leader. rank:
Better than steel sword.
10,000gp+
At least 200 fiber.
Must have been playing for 4 months.
50+ Dynamite.
Colored clothes with trim.
Co. Leader
Must be friendly.
Not a noob.
Have AoT experience of 3+ months.
Responsible.
Meets requirements of Almost A Leader ~Elites~
And a good AoT player.
Allies:

OK this is being started up again!
Today badspot came on and made 3 mega meatcubes. 5 people died from severe wounds from spiced poultry, ribs, and beef o_O I survived with wakka and terror (correct me if I'm wrong).
But before that, he was spawning a random orc in blacksmith, until it grew into mega cubes.
After the mega meatcubes, he spawned about 10 dyna orcs in port. About 15 sea monsters (which badspot stood on going around on), 3 stun orcs, and a whole bunch of regular orcs.
The hard part was that it was in port, so everyone had to use sword and shield, crossbow if they had it.
I can't add pics because i forgot about pics and did a film instead, i will add that if i want to. Feel free to post pics of it if you have some.

10 cheapest things to do as a criminal (but effective)
1. Self Delete whenever a cop is near you with baton.
2. Log out and laugh.
3. Go inside shop. (hard as hell to catch)
4. Run off into the wild so far, and laugh about how no one can catch you.
5. Be a cop, than turn into a criminal. (stun your enemies, laugh at them, then run off nude)
6. Go out into wild, and fireball your pursuer. (I do it all the time on my streakers, so fun)
7. Have an accomplice. running around with 2 people close is harder on cops for some reason.
8. Have a hook on a character. Takes the fun away of chasing, but you can be in port and easily hook to another building when a cop comes to hook up on yours.
9. Invisibility once you reach a hill. (You go sliding down invisible and then have enough time to escape)
10. Have your name as "Officer ___" Some cops actually think its a cop until they check the wanted list. (must have clothes on =\)

A hate clan has been started for the purpose of hating. Dani made the clan awhile ago.
The mafia has sorta slowed down, i dont hear anything of it really.
Clans never seem to work out on AoT :( (except hate ones sadly)

Scobby has 125 hours on him, probably gained more because i asked about a week ago.
Cougar has 100 hours on him. (Cougar has 100 blue dyes, 50 of others, tons of chars with gold hook, tons of cash, (like 50k), all that crap.
Scobby may have the most playtime :|

Kitty is a guy.... kitty acts too much like a girl. Why would he go through all that trouble to be looked at as real life girl? No sence...

Crossbows need to do more damage, like the damage of a a fireball, the crossbow is sorta neglected because it can shoot far, but does crap damage. I mean, it takes you like 6 shots to kill someone. Well not the damage of a fireball, a little less but not the damage its at right now.
