Please note that ".tk" is a blocked TLD on Steam so those links can't be shared there, in spite of it being on a paid host.

All the links are underneath the image - in the same order as they appear in the image - if you don't want to download them straight from the website.

I still have yet to make a assets page, where I'll also be putting 90% of the source content I have made for Blockland but has not went well past development, either due to complications (inability to script weapons) or quality issues. But man, am I lazy.

Estimated arrival of the next update is when Blockland 2 is released.

Details in here:

However a short version of it is that major exploits are going around, both Desktop & Mobile users can be affected by them, and malicious things can happen without even giving you an actual virus, though it's possible that viruses CAN be given through the exploit, at least according to the Mod.

It has just occurred to me a topic like this is in Off-Topic, I completely missed it and to begin with I believe this would have been more suited for Games either way.

Off Topic / Mastery Rank 20 achieved

I don't have many games give me stuff.
Being 20 doesn't seem to have unlocked anything, what a let down.
Then again the unlock board stopped giving me anything new after 18 and it seems like there's just something around 65 now called pension or something like that. Doesn't seem worth the grind imo.

Gallery / Cross-Eye Stereographic
« on: October 02, 2016, 10:59:25 AM »
Cross-Eye Stereographic is a method of illusion to create depth. Akin to Anaglyphs the viewer can perceive multiple planes of projection which basically gives you the illusion of a viewing subject to be 3D. However, unlike Anaglyphs and closer to actual 3D Stereograms, you do not lose color information.
This is done by crossing your eyes - if you can't do that it's unfortunately nothing you can take advantage from here. Crossing eyes should not have any medical concerns although prolonged cross eyes might give you eye strains or headaches - but this is not something that will last, as ultimately eyes are controlled my mere muscles and they should be able to relax in less than one hour.
The left image corresponds to the right eye, while the right image corresponds to the left eye. When crossing your eyes you should try to overlap the two images you see - preferably looking for similar objects or colors, and then attempt to focus on the combined image you see.
Here's a simple example image to get you started if you have not done this before. You should be able to focus and differentiate between the squares' planes of projection. If you can form a clear image with your eyes on this it should be easy to then move on to the actual set of (argruably small amount of) screenshots.

The screenshots themselves are extremely easy to make, just take a screenshot, move a bit to the right (or left) and take another screenshot, knowing that the right image corresponds to the left eye and vice-versa.
You should not be viewing close to the screen - if you extend your arm and you can touch your screen it should be enough (30+cm away) - this is because the image becomes disorted when you stare close to the screen (third perspective point).
I hope this was clear enough to be able to experience this, it's very possible not everybody might be able to cross eye, nonetheless focus on it..
Note that it's particularly difficult to focus around the horizontal borders of the images, and it should be avoided. (Not that it can cause issues or anything, but you don't always have the exact same thing to focus on)

These should be easier to focus on with higher amount of detail, but lose field of view.

It's so cute, too.

I made a radio transmitter

The thing goes swoosh now.

Rollin' around:

The video is bork for me so I have no description for this.

Videos now work woo.

I changed it to a youtube embed

Also I built the radio receiver:

Got the aluminum build rolling around:

Naming time! And blade design
The CNC machine is temporarily down due to being moved but here is the blade design:

Just imagine that attached to the very bottom of the dome.

I need to name this thing.  Here are some ideas:

Hidamari - Due to the black and yellow theme of the controller.  Also it is somewhat sun shaped.
Bowler - It is made out of a bowl.  Well technically a cake mold.  "Cake mold" is not a good name.  Or is it?
Even Job - It's like the opposite of oddjob because it cuts off your feet.
Bezek - Adoni-Bezek, "lord of Bezek", was a Canaanite king infamous for chopping off toes.  Bezek was a city but also means "lightning".  Lord of Lighting.  I could literally call it L.O.L. and have an intellectual etymology for it.

I'm not naming it "Betelgeuse" because I don't plan on making it project gay research until I get banned from the arena.

The forgeter spins and heck it looks like danger.

Higher speed weapon spin up:
I'll try to get a better video tomorrow but robogames is very soon.

According to this post -
- it seems like Windows 10 will be updated without user permission (at/after restart/shutdown).

Make sure that:
Disable Auto-updates.
Ensure that Windows Update KB 3035583 and 3139929 are not selected.
You can install GWX Control Panel to rid of Windows 10 upgrade notifications.

Not necessarily doing every single request depending on what it is.

Pretty straightforward, triggered when the brick is touched by an explosion of a projectile, contrary to onProjectileHit which only triggers if the projectile hits the brick directly.

General Discussion / [WIP] BuildTree - The index of ideas
« on: January 14, 2015, 02:08:26 PM »
Ever wondered "What should I build" or "What should I build here"? This index of ideas is meant to answer those questions, approximatively.

As this is a WIP topic, for now, and treat it as such, do not expect any significance or actual help provided by this just yet.

The main idea is to have "Tree", "Bushes" and "Leaf" cards; (Please disregard the... disregarding of biology)
A tree would be a major location, for instance a Residential district, a Town itself, a Military compound etc.
A bush would be one of the subsections located in a "Tree" that can be divided even more. These would appear next to the idea. A bush idea can have an additional bush for even more content, but not cherry-picking enough into style and room design to classify as a leaf.
A leaf would be a independent subsection that can be applied to physically any one of the ideas. For example, a house's bush would be different housing types. Meanwhile, a house's leaf would be the rooms. And afterwards, the leaf of a room can be the furniture that would be suitable for the room. There isn't much more to go to afterwards as limited by the Bricks available, but even a "Chair" can have a leaf into multiple chair types.
Nonetheless, this absurd classification is currently lacking the most basic idea of how to function - how am I supposed to illustrate those ideas into a readable format?

I have initially decided of a catalogue into a .pdf format with lists and images, I have stopped at this design and after that gave up, as it would be highly impractical, and would be even more difficult to manage than what's coming next:

And now, I have come with the ideas of cards. Which would technically be great - each card can be in image form and easy to share around. The biggest issue is how difficult it would be to manage and organize.
Nonetheless, this is what I have so far as a basic principle of doing things:

Please disregard the content font - I intend to change that anyway.
However, the biggest issue of illustrating ideas in this form is the amount of ideas I can put in and how to arrange them in a coherent fashion. I have sort of "hacked" through the concept by adding the second column and extending the header. That's sort of fine, but even that is not enough as you can see. Extending can be endless, but at one point it would look kind of silly, not to mention that this method additionally makes listing a bunch of cards in a webpage quite difficult, and also it makes adding ideas difficult as well, and rather limiting.
What do you think of this whole thing? Should I keep going with it? Got any ideas of how this could work properly with the cards?

The rounded one is a good idea but I need to find a way to render it and integrate it better.
