Help / Blockland takes FOREVER toload!?! how can i fix it?

When i go to join a Blockland server, it mostly takes up to an hour to load completely. By that time, the server would have most likely already ended. sometimes i get busy doing something, then the game would start without me knowing it. and the creator would remove me for being in-active for too long. Can someone tell me how to fix this problem if its possible? I run Blockland on a Windows Vista.
