Creativity / Song Production

I do some recording and production on the side (expensive hobby, kids), and here's some tracks I recorded/produced.  I'm not performing any of these.  Feel free to comment/post your own!

Picasso's Wall is a jazz/rock/whatever 3 piece.  Right now they have a generic 12 bar blues song up, but hopefully in a week or two we'll have another finished up.

My buddy Clay Dudash came over and spent a few hours laying down some tracks with me one day.  We recorded "Gavin" and "Pretty Please," (<my fav) among others.  I had nothing to do with "Densely Coy," though.

I shoot mainly on an Canon AE-1, but I also have a Canon T50, Rebel G, and Rebel Ti as well as a Konica Autoreflex T (great for night photography and star trails) and a Minolta Maxxum 5000i.  What do you guys shoot on?

My local NPR station plays Jazz from a sister station on the east coast every night around 8 or 8:30  until midnight (MST, no DST).  Each night has its own theme.  Tonight has me soaking wet due to the loveiness.

Off Topic / Getting Some New PC Stuff

I wanna know what you guys think of this stuff/personal stories, etc.

Yes I did read reviews and such.  I still like getting opinions from real people.  Call me old-fashioned.

Anyways:

New HD (to replace 5 year old 300GB drive)
SSD, for windows and programs and such
CPU cooler to replace the stock one

Current Specs:
Mobo
i5 720 2.66 GHz
8 GB ram
GTS250 1GB
1 TB drive with windows and such
300GB drive with music and ubuntu - near full

I'm curious as to who uses Windows XP these days.  I've had 7 pretty much since it came out, and whenever I sit down at a computer running XP, I feel really dirty.
