Drama / Truce: SUPER AWESOME BADMIN SUPER SALVAGE SURVR!!!!1!1!!!1!

Today I was confronted with a server that was seemingly simple at first, but soon revealed itself to be anything but that.
Apparently this is some server hosted by ATF called "The salvage mod", but is basically a stuffty freebuild version of CityRP.
Apparently, more than half of the players there were SA's. Drakorp, Manty, Xang, Truce, Maxxuss, and many others. The stupid part is, they had this dumb rule concerning some exploit they called: "QQ", that as far as i could tell is some sort of exploit involving spawning items, which was dictated as a bannable offense, especially if used by admins. The idiotic part is, they were breaking their own server's rules, spawnkilling everyone, and simply ignoring everyone who was building and even forcekilling those who refused to comply to getting killed or running away.

Here are some of the other players, who were also upset that Xang and the other administrators were freekilling.

Some things that should be noted:
Truce's key was revoked, but somehow he is still using it to this day. He claims he payed another 20 dollars to reactivate it, but i doubt this is true.
Xang is the owner of This clan that was disbanded a couple months back, he has already received significant flame over it and still he claims it is active to this day.
