Help / Mouse Problem with Camera Movement

My mouse works fine in all the menus, but in game when I move my mouse slowly, my camera movement clogs up and stops sometimes. Any other game works flawlessly. Any help would be appreciated. <3

Does anyone know any scripts and stuff for making a bot that i can talk to, because i get bored when im on my server and nobody comes on...(Plus i barely know how to script)
