Forum Games / Kill, or Don't Kill?

Game proceeds as such:
One presents a scenario in which killing a certain individual is an open possibility, and the below user either kills or doesn't kill that person with a weapon of choice based on information given about the scenario. (hypothetically, not literally. I mean, you could kill the person below but that would cause the drama section to explode, and we don't want that--I mean, why would we want to give life to the beast?)
Example:
Aaand, let's begin:
You find yourself with a device that can kill anyone telepathically. One day, you wake up to the President giving a speech, and of course you get the idea to use the device. Though you ponder for a moment--this is an assassination you're thinking of. Fortunately, you find that there's an option on the device to revive the individual even if they're dead. Wanting to cause some mischief, you start the device but you are still conflicted--is it really worth it? To cause a mass panic?

Say the world were to be taken over by a force not foreseen tomorrow, establishing themselves within but did not harm the processes of the world governments today, effectively making them the equivalent of U.S. states (in other words, they're supervisors and they have the final word on major decisions), henceforth establishing their NWO. Their mission, as stated by them, is to create a world in which conflict would not exist, and prosperity between former nations would prosper. If any were to erupt they would end it immediately like a parent interfering in a fight between children. Other than this, from the citizen's point of view, nothing major would change other than receiving a new identification and paying taxes to someone else.
