How would I make something toggle between more than two events.
(i.e. I hit button once does first thing, hit again does second thing, hit again does third thing, hit again does first thing)

Add-Ons / First Person Only Playertype

First Person Only Player
This is the same as my first person only playertype from V8.

Description
[Updated 9-01-08]
This package comes with 4 playertypes:
     -First person only
     -First person no jets
     -First person shielded (Credit to Regenerating shield armors by Mr. Wallet)
     -First person shielded no jets

I tested it, but if there are any issues, tell me and I'll try to fix them.

I was just wondering if anyone here uses thesixtyone.com.  I just wanna see what you guys listen to, or hear what you wrote.

For those of you who don't know, its a website for bands to post their original music.  You can listen and vote for the best music, and based on your choices you can gain levels and unlock achievements.

I made some wallpapers for Blockland.  Made in the GIMP.  There are 9 total variations, but they are basically the same thing.  Further editing will probably not happen unless there is a dire request for it, which I doubt will occur.  Feel free to download...

General Discussion / Save files lost to crash...

Recently the hard drive in my laptop bit the dust, and I lost all my save files.  The site I used for data backup somehow lost or ruined most of the files.  (Whatever you do, don't use mediamax for a backup service) 

I only really care about 3 of them, and someone, somewhere must have one of these.  At some point I had been running all of them on servers for weeks on end.

Help / Display issues

I am having trouble with my display.  Today, when I started up blockland, I noticed that the display size had become taller and...less wide.  I tried changing the display options, and that did not work.  I then deleted any add-on that I installed since the last time I played before the issue.  I then re-installed blockland.  The display is still messed up, so I uploaded a copy of my console.  If anyone can help, please do.

Modification Help / Energy bar

Is there any way to increase the amount of energy in the energybar for player types? I don't mean increasing the recharge rate, or decreasing the %drain.  I actually want to increase the amount of energy in the bar.

Also, I was wondering if there is a way to make a player start with less than full energy, but then still be able to charge up to full.

(I wasn't sure if this should go in mod discussion or coding help, so I picked the one that sounded like it makes more sense, but please move it to the correct topic if i was wrong)

Help / OpenAL is killing me

Ever since the most recent blockland update, whenever I switch from the blockland window to any other window (including the console) and switch back again it takes anywhere from 5-10 minutes for blockland to become functional again.  From what i can see the console doing, it appears that it has something to do with OpenAL which activates whenever I switch windows...  This is seriously impairing my ability to host servers.  I have attached a copy of my console.  Note: this time while I was hosting it got so bad i was forced to close blockland.

Modification Help / Blender .dts Exporter

I recently started using Blender, and was looking for the .dts exporter on the blender website.  The link provided here: http://www.blender.org/download/python-scripts/import-export/  for the torque exporter appears to be broken.  It is supposed to lead to http://www.garagegames.com/blender yet, when I click on the link I get a message from Garagegames, that "The resource associated with this URL has been deleted and is no longer available." 

Does anyone know where I could get the exporter? Or why it was taken down?

Help / Blockland crashes at random times...

Starting around yesterday and through today, while I am running servers on blockland, whether online or not, it keeps crashing.  Sometimes it just returns me to the game menu, and sometimes the program completely shuts down.  I have tried re-installing and it seems to only be a temporary fix. I think it might have to do with a paint pack, as that is the only thing that I have changed recently.  Here is a copy of the console...

Help / My password was stolen

    This is fishpen0 posting from a new account.  Someone has stolen my password.  They first posted and used innaproprate language, then they changed all of my account info to inappropriate things.  They then deactivated my account.  I was unable to get my account back through the recovery system, and I have been unable to reactivate the account through my e-mail.  I believe that they have changed my e-mail address and hidden it from view.  I would like to ask badspot to reactivate my account, and send the account password and the activation code to fishpen0@aim.com.
    Also, it seems they used the same password to access my e-mail account (I know that it is a bad idea to use the same password in more than one place, and I assure you that most of my passwords are different.)  Many of you may have received an extremely inappropriate e-mail from my account and I would like to apologise.
    I am assuming whoever did it is a blockland user (they did after all, change my blockland information and post here), and If anyone has any idea how they could have gotten my password please tell me so I can rectify the problem.
