Games / suggest Rooged new games

so i'm trying to find survival-esque games that involve a lot of like crafting and base building, the more in depth the better i would think. i already have played a lot of different crafting games but i just can't seem to find one i'm super interested in
here are some games i have/(played) that may fall into this/a similar category, and respective criticism so maybe you guys can help me find something with my specific interest
ark survival evolved, i love it but there's not enough to build IMHO
space engineers, i love the game but there's not a good enough survival element to it
minecraft, but that's just not as fun anymore on vanilla and i can't be bothered to try a new modpack (unless theres something else like terrafirmacraft)
scrap mechanics, but there isn't a good enough multiplayer feature to it (or survival for that matter but i understand that isn't what the game is about, so that can be omitted)
haven and hearth, i looooooved the legacy version when it was still around, i tried the new version and i enjoyed it but at the time i couldn't get enough information about some aspects of the game to even find a development path, so that died out. if anyone else plays this game and would like to play with me, i'll consider trying it again so long as i can figure my stuff out
i find myself having a hard time explaining what kind of game exactly i am looking for, so hopefully my thoughts about the aforementioned games can help explain

So today I arrived home after a long day of running errands for my rents while they were at work (at least one of them was, f u mom i wanted the house), I was greeted by this package here.
A package! For me? Aw you shouldn't have!
I opened it up to find two things. The first being this card.
Nerd? Wow rude!!! What a bully!
On the inside, however...
:') literally teared up a bit reading this.
now, for that OTHER thing...
A stocking! How cliche and mysterious! I wonder what's inside?
A stuffed bear! Isn't he the cutest?
CHOCOLATE.
what are u trying to say!!! (im honestly really xcited to try these)
I've never even heard of rice candy, but they're pretty good! (pain in the ass to unwrap tho lol but worth it af)
i should have seen this one coming.
I'm gonna be the coolest kid on the block with these!! honestly tho this is pretty dope imma do like all of them simultaneously

On a serious note, this is the nicest, sweetest thing anyone has ever done for me. I've never had a friend actually buy me anything for Christmas or my birthday, and to go to the extent as to get a bunch of little things I like and mail them to me the way she did shows how much she cares and honestly it makes me so happy and thankful to have someone who cares the way she does. I love ya Bubba, you're the best. <3

my throat has been at its worst tonight, more swollen and more painful to swallow this whole week.
just now though i went to cough up some phlegm, my mouth just filled up with something and i spit this out into my sink.
it's really gooey but nonetheless a solid object and i have no idea what it is

this goes out to anyone who hasn't kept up with the Rec. Drug thread and doesn't know my current, stuffty situation.
a little background info:
i'm now in college, and just before i came up here i was dating a girl and she broke up with me a month before i moved in to my new apartment. we dated for a year and a half, and she ended up cheating on me and breaking up with me. i'm still madly the forget in love with her, despite her cheating. it's made my college life honestly not as good as probably every other college freshman on the forums. i've developed a nasty drinking problem, and many users have pointed out to me. i didn't realize it until late late last night, but i'm glad i realized it.
i'm taking action to not only rid myself of my drinking problem, but to make me a better student and overall healthier and happier.
i wrote myself a guide on my mirror (in expo ofc) right next to my desk to remind myself of a few guidelines to follow and how i should start living in order to be the man i want to be.
it may be hard so i will translate it:
