Off Topic / Can anybody reccomend some good, quiet PC fans?

I've been looking to replace my PC fans for a while now, but I don't know what model to replace them with. I'm looking for something nice and quiet but is still pretty powerful, considering that I might overclock in the future.

I'm looking for 120mm fans and 140mm fans.

I have no idea what this is or when I made it. I found it in my Photoshop folder and that's all I know.

Off Topic / My mouse is being a ripe stuff right now

Every 20-70 seconds my mouse keeps freezing up for a half-second and then starts working until it freezes again. Sometimes it will stop working completely and I have to take it out and plug it back in again. I've tried reinstalling the drivers multiple times and switching usb ports but nothing is working. I'll plug it in to other PCs and it works fine, however.

The mouse I own is a SteelSeries Sensei.

My dad has just about had it with Sprint. His company had a business deal with him but the quality of their services, both at work and at home, have been degrading so much over the last 2-3 years.

2 weeks ago, after being told by Sprint that they don't know what a modem is, my dad finally snapped. I don't know when we're going to switch to Verizon, but we more than likely are. Any tips on what I should do?
