'unable to open database file'

General Discussion / Graphic Card! Need suggestions

Hello! I have saved enough money for a graphic card (around 700$) and I need to know which graphic card would fit for shaders/shadows etc., The ones I know are:
ATI Raedon
Nvidia GeForce Series
-End-

That's all.
Feel free to give me suggestions,criticism or anything else about graphic cards.

P.s I have a and e-300 APU with Raedon(tm) HD Graphics 1.30 GHz(this is all when I bought the computer [aka:default])

please join my server ill open it usually 3:00 to 4:30 or down. I will be not open on Mondays(holiday) Wednesdays:(holiday) Tuesday and Thursday. If you would like to volunteer please put your comments below thanks!
P.S Freebuild
PP.S for example a normal week (no holidays) i will not be on in tuesday and thursday.
if its a special week (ex.Christmas) i wont be on in wensday or monday
PPP.S on all day on Friday 3:00  PM 6:00 PM or under
