I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that almost every person who reads this thread will be hearing from me for the first time. I was an active community member a while back, maybe stopped playing completely I want to say... Two years? Two years ago probably. Decent builder. I was one of those guys who seemed to have admin on one too many servers for my own good while unable to host my own.

Anyways, just thought I would check in and see how things here are going. Specifically, who are in your opinion some of the best builders around right now and also which clan is top dog currently, if any.

Okay, so after watching deadliest warrior this week I thought this idea up.
So basically you have cards with real and fictional characters and creatures, pretty much anything you can think of. Each card has the name, a picture, and three signature weapons. (Weapons can be powers such as speed, voice of command, etc.) Two cards are picked at random and the group decides who wins the fight by debate.

Anywho, what I need help with is coming up with a bunch of characters to add in.

What I need:
Videogame Characters
Comic Characters
Historical Figures
Anime Characters
Anything you can come up with.

Example:

Example Man

-Fists
-Disjointed Head
-Gun

If you do have pictures please make them 100x100 pixels, it is not required but could help me.

Well, for Christms I want to ask my family to get me a variety of games through steam, however, I want the gift to arrive on Christmas, is there any way to do this without having to buy the games on Christmas?

Suggestions & Requests / REQUEST: I would like a modified raycast sniper.

Well, recently me and a friend have been making TDM's, one every day almost, but one thing I absolutely can't stand is having a sniper class which can't snipe. Bullets simply don't move fast enough, I would use the 880 except it is horribly cheap with it's one hit kill, if someone could modify it to:

Support 1-hit kill headshots
Do 25 damage anywhere else
Remove that laser
And maybe make it yellow instead of blue (I could do this myself)

Well, thanks if anyone makes it, most likely won't happen though.

Off Topic / TF2 and Gmod error: Master pipe connection failed?

Well, this morning I bought TF2 and Gmod, yey! It took like 5 minutes to download as I already had TF2 installed from when I had a guest pass. Anyways, I start up Gmod fine and try to launch singleplayer, Gmod closes due to some error, next time I will start on flatgrass instead of 2fort. I try again it says this:

Long story short, I get this error when I try to play Gmod or TF2.

Any ideas? :(

Well I'm off to the east coast for five weeks. I'm gonna be doing generic vacationing things, of course one of these things involve no computer. So, for a while I will be gone, have a fun summer blockland. :D

General Discussion / USS. Astrum-Lucis (NCC-5045-X)

So, recently I have been loving me some star trek. I record the original series, The next generation, and any movie when it comes on. I was watching Wrath of Khan a little while ago and was intrigued by the ship Khan high-jacked. I looked into it and found it was a "Miranda Class" ship. I looked int othe size and I have now started on a full-size replica of a "Miranda Class" ship. Not from the show or movies, I just decided to build my own ship. Astrum-Lucis is "Star Light" in latin.

Size:

Length: 278 meters (912 studs)
Width: 174 meters (570 studs)
Height: 65 meters (213 studs)

Do not expect to see this soon or ever for that matter. I only posted this because someone mentioned building a starship would be a good idea so I had to post my project before other people to be original.

Off Topic / Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan !WARNING SPOILERS!

Been watching a lot of Star Trek lately, saw the prequel episode to Star Trek II. Khan was like some super bred human and he tried to take the Enterprise. Well, I'm going to go watch it now, and when I am done I will tell ya what I thought of it.

Well I saw it, it was absolutely win. I felt bad for Khan the whole way through though, Kirk shot him down every time he tried to do anything. Then again, Spock was killed. Spock. :'( The space battles in this one were high quality, especially the last onen when both ships were blind.

NOTE: LONGCAT IS NOT FINISHED. WE ADD BELOW HIS HEAD.

Now, older players may remember this topic from a while back, the point of this game is to build longcat up and up! Use the template to create your own longcat segment, please make it have a transparent background and save it as a .png I will try to add yours in as soon as possible. Also, try not to use text, unless it is bubble letters or something that isn't just placing a textbox on.
