Help / Dodgeballs not working when I'm not in the minigame

Using slayer, people cant pick up the dodgeballs placed around the map when im not in the minigame. Any way to fix this?

Each player has one life, there is a control point in the middle. Hit each other with lethal dodge balls, pretty simple. Daycycle is on.

Ive got an oldish Mongoose Outer Limit Freestyle for a project im working on and I need a new front brake (not a replacement part for the stock ones)
Can anyone help me out? I cant find jack stuff other than a bunch of fixya links. I'd post more information but I dont have the time and im on my tablet so I might make a thread for the project itself in the next week or so.

Description
- Players are given dodgeballs to fight with
- Capturing the point gives 50 points to the team
- Round is five minutes long
- The team with the most points at the end wins!
- There is a special surprise at midnight of the day cycle!
Rules
- Please use common sense, don't be a complete moron
- Do not; Whine because you or your team is constantly losing
- Do not;Whine about the server or admins/host/build
- Please use constructive criticism in the thread and on the server
Admins
Admins are friends that I trust. I will not be doing admin applications or allowing anyone else to be an admin. The dodgeballs don't work without me being inside of the minigame so I have to be there anyway. No need for any extra admins.
Me and Cucumber appreciate comments on the build, please let us know what you think and how we can improve the server.

This just started happening. Earlier on today I was hosting fine and now this. It happens after I load datablocks and then disconnects me from the server saying

Off Topic / I just got the stuff scared out of me by a toilet

Earlier, me and my dad were working with pipes outside so we had to turn off the water going to the house. If you turn off the water, some air goes into the pipes and is released when you run water again. I flushed the toilet and it made a loud PHYSST sound and scared the stuff out of me. Discuss times that you got scared or jumped because of something stupid.

I kinda wanted to go down in history as one of those users that never changed their avatar ever but I'm getting tired of mine so I've listed all the plausible ones in the poll that I've made over the years. Any of the avatars I don't use are open so use them all you want.
