Hey everybody, now that I have time and they fixed Slayer, I thought I'd bring back:

(Star Wars theme)

Once again, it is an asymmetrical CTF game where the Coalition must defend against the numerically superior Pirates, who try to capture their flag.

Changes since last time:
  • Safe spawn rooms for both sides
  • Clouds
  • Reduced visibility and increased fog
  • "Cargo Skyland" added, featuring comm tower and crate drop-off point. Might add spawn point there that Pirates can capture.

More images (Let me know if the images are too big):

As per Marios's request, I made a destroy the walls server. It's almost just like the one from ROBLOX.

No pictures because I'm lazy.

I'm trying to make a megawalls server, as seen on this topic

I need OnMinigameEnd to work so that the walls go back up at the end of a round. It doesn't seem to do anything, though.

General Discussion / Mega Walls: Not up yet...

And now for the latest in Admiral Obvious's team-based games that take place on minimalist maps that probably took him a day to build, I present to you:

MEGA WALLS

Based on the Minecraft minigame of the same name, teams have a set amount of time to build their base before the walls fall, after which they must use what they have built to fight and defend their flag. Bricks clear every round. There are boundaries that guarantee a clear path the the enemy flags.

Special thanks to Shift Kitty for the custom MinigameBuildEnabled and ClearNonPublicBricks events.

Check out my other games:
-Sky Defenders
-Dogfight Frenzy!

I plan on making a Minecraft Super Walls type server, where each team has a limited time to build their base until the walls fall, with the base clearing after each round. I suppose I could just use trench wars, but I wanted to allow for a use of more bricks. Also, I might want to be able to turn off building after the time limit is up.

This is a dogfight server, not much else to say about it.
I plan on having it cycle through different vehicles at some point. Currently, there's a control panel that I can use to manually do so.

Help / Help with Multiple dedicated servers

Basically what the title says. I'm trying to run another dedicated server on the same computer. It posts to the master server, and I have it set to port 28200 (just to be safe). When I try to join, though, it gets stuck on repeatedly sending punch packets, and the server console reflects this.

Thought I'd make an asymmetrical CTF gametype.

The Coalition must defend for 6 minutes, while the pirates have to capture their flag.
The Coalition spawns with weapons for close range combat, while the Pirates have slightly longer-ranged ones. Also, the Pirates outnumber the Coalition 2 to 1.

The pirate base and airfield.

Credit:
- Gun Zombie for the hallway designs
- Maltiteaser for the machine gun bunkers.
- Supermarine for the airfield. (In a fatigue-ridden moment of absent-mindedness, I forgot to save the airfield before shutting down the server. I'll try to rebuild it at some point.)

Server Location: East Coast

Basically a one-click tool that turns all three off without having to use the wrench. A suggestion would be to make it spawnable by a /[word] chat command.

General Discussion / Tank Arena BETA - SERVER: DOWN

TANK ARENA

So I'm building a tank arena, one with simple maps and basic, but hopefully fast-paced game play.

I need testers and advice on how to get some features working, as this is my first time hosting a server like this.

Some images (note that images do not reflect final product):
Top-down view of first map, hopefully reminiscent of arcade maps. I plan to get a rotation going in the future.

Alternate view.

The current gate/wall, which disappears 15 seconds after the round starts. It still has raycasting though for spawnkill prevention.

Everyone only gets a weak gun for a little self-defense. You are not supposed to easily survive without a tank.

Uses the Light Tank and Pompmaker's Heavy Tank.

Server plans:

-Map rotation
-Server music
-Refined spawn gate
-Admins

Will start running admin and map applications if server gets popular.

Server is named Admiral Obvious's Tank Arena BETA - WIP

I thought I would post a couple of my, uh, novels that I've been writing. The genre is sci-fi, with the first being more of an action/war novel and the second being an adventure/fantasy novel. And yes, you can probably see my real name somewhere, I don't care. Fell free to add comments to the doc, or feedback here.

Hey guys, I randomly decided to look up "windows error generator."
I was not dissapointed.

Here's one I made (sorry if the joke is lame, I rushed this one):

Let's see you make your own.
Use puush or imgur, because if you directly hotlink the image you'll get this:

Suggestions & Requests / Gun that pierces bricks

Basically, a gun that shoots a projectile that ignores brick collision boxes. Is that possible?

Games / Elder Scrolls Online or Destiny?

My brother and I are going to get an Xbox One and it comes with a free game of our choice from a selection. The only games from the list we are interested in are the two in the topic title. I've heard mixed reviews about both, so I was wondering what you guys think.

I have only my bottom two, so I'll keep feeling in my upper mouth after the operation fortunately. My dad grew and got to keep all four of his strangely enough, but he's a 6'5" mountain man type guy with a mouth to match so it doesn't surprise me. The laughing gas is probably the closest to doing drug drugs I'll ever be so that'll be interesting.

I'll update after I get back.

Discuss.

UPDATE: So the operation went smoothly. About laughing gas, it feels like a tingling that starts at your extremities, sort of like you're losing blood but you feel fine. It was weird to start smiling and laughing for little to no reason, but I didn't get to say anything interesting because they put me under pretty soon. They had an oxygen mask over me that had that bad hospital smell. They had an IV in my arm and administered the sedative through that. I can't think completely straight and have had to correct this post several times.

After I woke up, I felt both groggy and awake at the same time. I was really thirsty and my dad got me some water. I drank it and proceeded to dump most of it back out of my mouth and on to my lap because my tongue and lower lip couldn't tell that I had already swallowed it. I also talk like a mentally handicapped person unless I try really hard to articulate.
