Help / Texture problems

When i play blockland the textures gets messed up and the console repeats this message saying: Could not load this GL function: glActiveTextureARB
Could not load this GL function: glClientActiveTextureARB
My computer is only a few months old and good for gaming.
I downloaded version 10 yesterday so do i have to download some other version of the game to make the textures work or what?
and when i look up at the slope map the textures is messed, when i dont look up they aint messed, but the ground looks messed all the time.
