Games / Should I stream Secret of Mana sometime?

Hey guys.

I realized that I have  never played Secret of mana for more than like 10 minutes. Everyone keeps telling me that it's lifechangningly good or something like that. I know almost nothing about it past the 10 minutes I've played. That's my favorite situation to be in.

Should I stream it to allow you peeps to guide me and share my adventure or are all of you completely not interested?

I really need some new music to work by. I mostly enjoy music without words because words tend to be too distracting for me to get anything done.
Videogame or TV show soundtracks tend to work really well.

Off Topic / Hamilton: Broadway style hip-hop

I'm surprised there hasnt been a thread on this already, so let me share this with you.

Hamilton is a musical by Lin-Manuel Miranda about the life story of the American founding father and first treasurer Alexander Hamilton. The twist is that it's done all in hip hop style, complete with songs with rapping, some of the smoothest flow Ive heard, gospel styled harmonies, and many other things of that nature. Of course, Its designed with many people being able to sing, providing a pretty unique sound that Ive been unable to get out of my head since I've heard it. As the writer put it, it is the story of old America as told by today's America.
Also, it has scenes where Thomas Jefferson, Lafayette. and George Washington dropping some amazing verses and a couple of scenes with congressional rap battles.
Essentially, if you have any interest in US history or in rap music, then you'll like this play a lot. Heck, you might like it if you dont like either very much.
Alas, I'm probably doing this play a disservice by this long winded sell. The music can speak for itself.

Hai guys, I'm in college now! Yaay!

Actually, I'm at community college because I suck super bad at working quickly and not giving up.
I know you guys are probably the wong people to ask, but whatever, it's worth a shot.
Does anyone have tips on how to work quickly, stay determined in the face of a massive amount of work, and not getting rekt by college?

I wanted to just go to slate or whatever we have now and just build stuff in single player, but I realised thst there is no such freebuild game mode. How do I just make a spot to build and do whatever in tis day and age?

General Discussion / Are interiors/maps ever coming back?

Hello everyone, good to see you again.
I logged on to Blockland for the first time in year(s?). Some of you may remember me, some of you not.

In any case, I'm still distressed to find that maps have still not yet come back, even though I guess there was never a reason to believe that they ever would.
I'm kind of saddened, knowing the part of what sold me when I played the demo in like 2008 was the cool maps and what you could do in them.

Are maps ever coming back or should I just toss out my pictures of the bedroom, kitchen, and the slopes that I keep near and dear under my bed?

I tried going on Yahoo Mail today, but only black words came up that said connection refused.
Can someone other than me go to yahoo mail to see if there's something wrong with yahoo and it's not me?

Just came around to say hi and see how things have changed since I left.
So far, I can see that nothing has changed except for the people.
Which is to say everything has changed.
I don't recognize most people other than an anti-block here and a jairu there. Still, it's nice to see this place again.
Good to see that the pony thread is still defying death to this day. 11,000 pages, what the heck...
Anyway good to see you again, to those few who will recognize me.
Now time to take another look around before I slink back into the darkness.

Help / Can I transfer to steam?

Ah, it's good to see this periwinkle/baby blue rectangle white background again.
Anyway, down to business.
Anyone who knows who the heck I am knows that I've been playing Blockland for years. I've just now noticed that it made it past steam greenlight and is now on steam.
Here's my questions:
1) Can I transfer my non-steam blockland key onto steam?
2) If so, how can I do this?

Off Topic / Wierd Symbols flashing before youtube

These are really frustrating me, sometimes when  load up a youtube video, while the page is loading, a wierd set of colors that vaguely look like low rez symbols pop up on the video box. They appear at random and only for a split second so I have not yet gotten a picture of them.
Is anyone else seeing these?

HELLO TO MY FELLOW REPUBLICANS. THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE BEEN VERY UPSET BY THE RESULTS OF THE RECENT PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION. STOP BEING SO BUTTHURT ABOUT IT AND INSULTING ALL THE DEMOCRATS. SERIOUSLY. IT'S GETTING VERY ANNOYING. INSULTING THE OPPOSITE PARTY WILL NOT SOLVE ANYTHING. OBAMA IS ALREADY GONNA BE PRESIDENT FOR ANOTHER 4 YEARS. MAN UP AND DEAL WITH IT.
