Off Topic / help me decide what game to get

Ok, so i can spend about 10$, I can get Dirt Showdown for 3$ right now, BF3 for 3$ and i found BF3 premium edition for about 10$ on G2A. What should I buy?

Off Topic / Graphics card DOA?

Ok guys so I recently just built my PC, and I noticed that when I tried powering it on with a screwdriver, it wouldn't start. So I tested the PC with just motherboard, RAM, CPU, and the cooler, and it started just fine. So then I started the graphics card (Asus STRIX R9 285) without the 2 6pin connectors, the PC started fine (of course no display) So then I plugged 1 6pin into a slot on the GPU, and it wouldn't start. I plugged it into the other 6pin slot on the GPU, and the PC started fine. I also tried other 6pin cables in the faulty slot, wouldn't power on. Also, my PSU is plenty powerful for my components. So I have a DOA graphics card, do I contact the manufacturer, or the vendor? (NCIXUS)

Off Topic / Will an R9 285 handle 120fps more on modern games?

So when I start to buy parts for the PC I'm putting together (birthday coming up) it will have an R9 285 (probably, can't decide which GPU I should get) and the monitor I get will most likely be a 144hz monitor (freesync too expensive rn) and I wanted to know if the 144hz will be a waste due to the GPU not being able to handle that many FPS. So the question is, can I run modern games at 120+fps on this card? (don't really care about the graphical settings)

General Discussion / Add-ons dissappearing? (dedicated server)

Ok so ever since I transferred my key to Steam my dedi server was getting messed up. I have the dedicated server on regular blockland (no steam) and for some reason the add-ons from the server dissappear. I re-add the add-ons, and guess what. The add-ons dissapeared. Can anyone help me?

So I try to change my avatar (was gonna be the second time today) to an animated .gif, and it just won't change/play.
I tried to F5, CTRL F5, and remake the .gif, because I made it.
